The men were great, they were polite and cleaned our carpets very well.
Very happy with the service, my carpet looks very clean. The technician was very professional and honest! He walk through , to look for the spots and clean them first and then started the process. My carpet looks new again . Thank you!
Excellent flexibility and communication; technician even noticed our invoice was too high and lowered the price on the spot. Some bad food stains came right out, the carpet literally looks like new, very very pleased.
Sergio our service provider was terrific. Once everything dried, the stains popped back up.

The equipment and cleaning were first rate, but the amount of ad-ons to the promo price such as water disposal charge, etc were a bit of a surprise.
I couldn't have been more pleased with your service. Rudy was our technician - he was punctual, tidy and considerate - and he went above and beyond to give us the best cleaning experience. The carpets, though not new or expensive, look like new.

Zerorez did a great job on a very dirty bedroom. Didn’t believe it could get many of the spots out but did...very pleased!! Romero was our cleaner. First of all your process does a great job of cleaning. And there are no left over odors. Your people have always been courteous and professional.
My only complaint is the carpet areas next to the wall and in crevices o the stairs cannot be reached by your equipment. Regarding this most recent visit I made a special request to bring a tool that would clean those areas. The person on the phone said they would make this request. The service person told me they do not have anything to get these areas. I have a Bissel carpet cleaner product that will clean those areas but I’m over 80 and it’s become too much for me. Any suggestions?

Zerorez is a very reliable company; cleaners are personable, show up on time, and always do a good job. I have 100% wool carpets so steam-cleaning is the only way to go. I have been a happy long-time customer.

We were very happy with our service from Zerorez. Our carpets look like new, and we love that there were no chemical fumes or residue for us and our pets. We will definitely call again when it's time for another cleaning!
The carpets are fine -- nice and clean. But I have a problem with the entry hall where some of the liquid must have coated and I cannot clean it. Can someone come back and remedy it?

The service reps are very nice and very thorough and make sure that I am happy overall with the project. Also, because I'm sensitive to chemicals I never have a reaction to the cleaners. I've been using Zerorez for years for that reason.
