You are good but way too expensive. $400.00 for probably 600 sq feet and 2 rugs... I can't afford to use you again.

The technician did not bring a vacuum cleaner and told me the dark spot may not come out clean when other companies promised the spot would be removed. The guy left without informing me that he was leaving so I had to hire another company which did an excellent job taking almost 4 hours cleaning.

I trusted our tech and thought he did a great job. But I have to mention this as it could have an adverse effect on someone else. He advised me that I should keep doors and windows open as much as possible as more fresh air and circulation would promote drying. And following that, probably just making small talk (which is totally fine), he asked what my plans were for the rest of the day. And I just thought, if I was the suspicious type, it could be taken that he encouraged me to leave my house unsecured and would know if I would be home or not. So this is not meant derogatorily towards him, he really was great! But in training it could be mentioned that those 2 statements following each other might cause concern for others. Make sense?

I know it was hard to do this in a mid high rise building were you have to drag all the equipments. Our small 1 bd condo was not vacuumed at all because he was only able to bring the wet vacuum. Even after I mentioned that there was a cat from previous renter. The guy was nice and worked very hard. So after he did his wet vac, the cats hair is till there, so we're ending up vacuuming it everyday to get rid of the cat hair. Just not satisfied
