I was very pleased that Rudy, our technician, phoned about 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and arrived on time. He did a very thorough job and explained the benefit of the Zerorez premium fiber carpet protection, which we purchased. My wife were very pleased with Rudy, and our carpet looks just great.

Scheduling isn't always smooth but technicians like RUDY are so thoughtful and accommodating that we keep coming back. We use ZeroRez for the quality low impact cleaning that respects health and the environment.
I like to get phone updates about arrival time of the technician. The work gets done in a satisfactory way. The pricing is reasonable.

Several of the dark soiled spots, which your rep described as “spots” rather than stains, went from dirty to yellow-orange looking stains after drying. I have a voice message in to him to see what can be done. BTW, Gabriel was a very good man.
