I am a forever ZeroRez fan for my life. I do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that asks. They respond promplty, give you an ETA on their arrival time and always go over the job before starting it.

the young man who came was very nice, however, he had to come back the next day as he did not get the spots out. I think if he had pretreated them before a general cleaning a better job would have been done the first time.

Workers arrive on time , are friendly and polite, work quickly but efficiently. My carpets are cleaned to my satisfaction and they don’t leave them too damp, so on a warm day they dry quickly. I have used Zerorez several times and recommend.

Andrew, the technician, arrived promptly. He explained the cleaning products that he would be using and we went over the areas that I wanted cleaned. When he was finished the carpet looked like new and all the spots were gone. It smelled fresh and dried quickly. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. Also, thank you for the bottle of stain remover. It works great!
No chemicals
I have been using Zerorez for close to 10 years now, and in addition to how super clean my carpets get without chemicals, The Zerorez guys are always so friendly, polite, and nice. I appreciate that very much.
