After the carpet cleaning, it was totally clean and dried very quickly. No odor after cleaning. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
Not happy with the results. Have been very happy in the past but not this time.
Fast service, well organized
I like that your product does not have harsh chemicals that leave residue on the carpet after it is cleaned. Also, once cleaned, it does not take long for the carpet to dry and can be walked on.

Honestly I wasn’t impressed at all. I had high hopes but the urine smell was still there and other cleaning companies did a much better job at going over the area multiple times. I don’t get any fragrance from any company either. I cannot do fragrance maskers.

Zerorez Service was very professional. The staff confirmed my appointment, was easy and flexible when I needed to reschedule and add area rugs. Eduardo arrived on time and was courteous. I suggested he park in my driveway, but he said his truck was slightly leaking grease and didn't want to stain my driveway, very thoughtful. He worked thoroughly and did a great job. I waited a few days to see how the carpet and rugs would feel with the Zero Residual product. I am exceptionally pleased with the results. The carpets are CLEAN, soft, and I feel no residual soapiness. I am confident they will look good for a long time! In the past, after carpets were cleaned they were worse than before, I'm sure due to soap residue. I also had my LazyBoy recliners and my area rugs cleaned...they sparkle like new! I highly recommend Zerorez!!

Very happy with Zero Rez last time as was my neighbor. The carpet person that came here last time was just great. So thorough, efficient and helpful. His name was Curt, and will definitely ask for him next time. Happy to recommend Zero Rez.
