did not disappoint
I like the concept of cleaning without harsh chemicals or a lot of water. The appointment process was easy and quick. Ryan, the technician was friendly, conscientious and efficient. I was very happy with the overall results, as well. It was the first time I had my ZGallerie microfiber curved sofa cleaned and will use ZeroRez again.

I have used Zerorez for years and have not had a problem. This last time my last room and stairs were completely soaked in water. Water on my wood stairs which I spent an hour sopping up after my technician left. I am really hoping no water damage to my wood and the saturation will not ruin my padding and carpet. Appears the suction was not working properly? Not sure I will use Zerorez again. Disappointed to say the least

Was very disappointed that none of the traffic areas look improved at all! We picked ZeroRez because of the ads (and reviews on Angi’s) that they remove stains, etc. The technician Matt was very nice, but he did say that all the stains would return. We hoped it would look better than before the cleaning…but unfortunately it didn’t.
I want to let you know about my positive experience with your company's service last Friday, 7/9/21.
Well, I was impressed how professional, courteous, and friendly Sergio and Eddie (a traniee) were for my appointment. First, they arrived during the earlier part of the time window for my appointment. Second, I liked how they asked me if I preferred them to wear a mask or not. Third, they were respectful of my home. Fourth, they explained clearly what they will be doing to clean the carpets in my home. Fifth, they addressed the areas of stains and explained how they'd do their best to clean them. Sixth, I like the wall corner guards they put in my home and the mats they put over the flooring at my front door entrance. Seventh, they answered all my questions. Eighth, they did well with the clean up and pick up of their cleaning and wall protection/flooring equipment.
Overall, this was a much better experience than other carpet cleaners I used in the past. Please give Sergio and Eddie praise plus recognition for their great job! Therefore, I will be using Zerorez again for my next carpet cleaning, and requesting Sergio's service again. Hopefully, Eddie gets hired full time. Thank you for such a positive carpet cleaning experience.

I love that nothing is used that will leave a residue in the carpet that will attract dirt later. The process is much quicker than when we had it done by another company several years ago and they left the carpet we had then so wet that it took 4 days to dry out. Zerorez is the best. Our carpets in each room were left clean and smelling fresh as always. And they were dry the next evening because they were left only damp as compared to the aforementioned problem we had with the another company before. And the guy arrived within the time frame we were given another great thing. He did a fantastic job. The type of treatment and water used left our carpets looking like new and it was put in our house in 2001!! We highly recommend Zerorez and will never use anyone else.
