It really cleans carpets and upholstery well!
I have used Zerorez for years so I can tell you that because of the their process and products, the “clean” lasts a very long time!
It’s easy to schedule, has great specials, and the employees are all very professional!
Jacob or Jake, the technician was very good. He was right on time and efficient. There was no smell and the carpet was completely dry within about 1 1/2 days.
They texted me the night before my appointment at 6:40pm to cancel. I had made the appointment 2 weeks prior and had to have the service done on the particular day of my appointment. Just frustrating to be notified last minute. They actually did send someone and kept my appointment And the technician that did end up coming was awesome. Very friendly and professional.
After cleaning our carpets, the allergens in our home seemed to diminish significantly.
Hot water limited use of chemicals. Perfume not used to mask odors that may not have been picked up. No odor, carpets are clean.
Professional, did the job. Just did it for the first time and have to give it some time to see if my clean carpet lasts.
