First of all, I like the process that Zerorez uses which does not put chemicals into my carpet and yet my carpet looks so good after they clean it. Second, if there is the slightest problem, they are quick to resolve it.

The team was very careful with our furniture and our home. They carpet is so clean, fresh and looks great! The equipment and methods are much better than others we tried. This is our second time using Zerorez and we will be continue to use this service.
PPut back table and chairs for a woman who is 91 years old. Try a little harder to work on the living room carpeting. Chairs were done very nicely
