I had a really bad experience last year. Gabriel
managed the situation and came back to service my house this time around. He was quick and efficient. My carpets look great and I feel co doesn’t he will take care of my rug that needed to be cleaned at the facility.
Service was completed quickly and to my 100% satisfaction. Our technician was friendly and got every single stain out of our carpet!
Our cleaner ( Austin?) was extremely through. He worked hard to get our carpets clean. They are so much better than I thought they could ever be.

The carpet cleaning service completed on 6-29-2021 was the second cleaning by Zerorez. In both cases the work was performed by a competent, skilled individual. In yesterday's cleaning, Sergio arrived exactly on time. After setting up and thoroughly explaining the process, Sergio did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. We are very satisfied with the work and will only use Zerorez in the future for any needed carpet cleaning.

I did not receive the level of customer service that I expected. Even after complaining to the company, I do not feel that my concerns will be addressed.
I love Senor Jorge Martinez. He does a VERY THOROUGH JOB!! But I also LOVE the ZEROREZ water. My puppy used to always throw up after my “normal” carpet cleaning of the past. When I switched to ZEROREZ, she has not thrown up at all after the carpets were cleaned!!
This was the second time using Zerorez. We are pleased with the quality of the product. I just would have liked a second run at the kitchen to concentrate on the high traffic areas. But the technician said it wouldn’t make a difference. I wish he would have at least tried. The service is not cheap. I will probably use them again, since I do like the quality of the product but will make sure I get clarification prior to booking if we’re able to ask for them to go over areas we’re not quite satisfied with.
They were on time, explained everything, and finished in a timely manner. My husband is allergic to perfumes and Zerorez uses only water. It is great and keeps my floors looking good
Your cleaner did a good job and had an outstanding attitude. I was somewhat disappointed with the final price after add ons of over $400. I did not have 3 bedrooms cleaned. Most places offer entire houses for that price. I did like the quality of work that the carpets showed. I will just have to have the carpets cleaned less frequently if I continue to use Zerorez, which I intend to do.

First of all, I like the process that Zerorez uses which does not put chemicals into my carpet and yet my carpet looks so good after they clean it. Second, if there is the slightest problem, they are quick to resolve it.
