I have used Zerorez several times now over the past six years. Each time, the Service Person was prompt, efficient, respectful and friendly. I am always very pleased with the results and I will definitely continue to refer Zerorez to my family and friends.

We appreciated the timely response and great customer service on our carpet cleaning. The technician was friendly and prompt and communicated with us to let us know he was on the way. The carpet was beautifully cleaned, including the pretreating and removal of some stained areas. Everything looked great! The only negative was that the carpet took much longer to dry than the technician told us it would. We're not sure if he didnt take the time need to remove more of the water used to clean the carpet or what the issue was but it took well over 36 hours to dry.
Other than that, the final product was excellent and the carpet is soft and looks like new. Thank you!

Zerorez gets the toughest stains out every time. Our carpets always smell clean and look brand new after the technician leaves! I highly recommend them!
Matt did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. He was very professional and honest. We definitely will use Zeroez in the future. However, when giving your customers their quotes ask the room size and if they want closets to be cleaned so there is no surprises with the additional charges.

The fact that all the ingredients in the shampoo are safe and chemical free. I first heard the
advertisement of this company product was on Warren Eckstein's (sp.?) pet show on
KKLA.
Responsible and thorough service. Our carpets look great, and they are 34 years old! Yes, we bought very good carpeting, but ZeroRez has helped maintain its good appearance. The service provider was great to work with.
On time. Very friendly. Actually moved the Couch and coffee to clean under. The last company didn’t move anything unless I moved it. He even cleaned my door mat outside. The carpets look beautiful and they were dry in two hours. Super happy
