Capable & responsive, Zerorez does a great job
Our carpets look great!! Ashamed to say that the last time we had our carpets cleaned was in 2019. Today, Matt H. from Zerorez came out and boy did he do an awesome job! They don’t use all the soapy chemicals in their machines that leave your carpets feeling like sticky cardboard. They use a pre-treatment spray and Alkaline water that is heated up to 200° which helps to break down the grease, dirt and stains. Matt also answered all my questions with great knowledge. So happy with Matt and Zerorez. We will be repeat customers from now on.

Arrived at stated time. Wore protective foot wear so as not to dirty carpeting. Placed protective barriers around stairs and doorways so as not to mar them (I have never had a carpet cleaning company do this). Technician very polite. Carpet was cleaned very well. Thank you, Zerorez.

Sergio did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. He was prompt, and professional and really knew about the best treatment our carpet needed. Zerorez may br priced higher than others, but it’s totally worth because we can never find anyone that can make our carpet look and feel new.
