I have been a Zerorez customer for any years. I have always been happ0y with the results.
Safe and non-toxic yet still cleans the carpet and tile.
My carpets look almost new again. The Zerorez method of cleaning with their treated water and keeps them looking clean for much longer than just shampooing the carpet. I have used them twice now and both young gentlemen did a fabulous job. Austin was terrific on 4/22/21 when I last had them done. Very happy with their services and staff.

First of all, Jeremy was outstanding. He was courteous, friendly and very meticulous about cleaning our carpets. The carpets came out better than expected, even the stairs. We will use your service again when we need our carpets cleaned. (Commend Jeremy for a job "well done.")
I hired you for tile and grout cleaning for my master bath. There was no cleaning of grout. It appeared that the tile was power washed and no cleaners used to clean grout. Additionally, water spots were tracked on my wood floor outside the bath. It was equivalent to me mopping the floor.
Andrew was great! He phoned several times to give me his ETA. Was professional, courteous & did a great job. I would certainly request Andrew next time!
