The rugs are clean and the spots generally do not come back. I like the gentleman who does my work. He aims to please! I have my rugs cleaned twice a year...if I can afford it!

We had blood stains on our white carpet, Sergio came out and was able to get the stain out without causing too much damage to the Integrity of the carpet.

Was happy with the last service and the technician was helpful and friendly. No problems!

The Man who came here was incredibly nice. When he finished the Rooms, they looked very nice, (?), but the Carpet was EXTREMELY WET. We needed to do your Method due to our Cat making several messes at the end of his Life, but will go back to using Chem DRY. I really think that a FOLLOW UP CALL with your Clients should be done in approximately 2-3 weeks..in case "spots" begin to show up again. We paid an extra $75 because our Hallway had MAJOR Pet accidents, and 2 other Rooms had some. Although we are very happy that most
of the spots had, appear to be gone, there ARE SPOTS IN HALLWAY... THAT HAVE STARTED TO COME BACK. BUT, all in all...very pleased.

I have been using Zerorez for about 10 years. I like that they use only water & no chemicals. The technicians, most recently Sal, have always done a thorough & fantastic job. I am always very happy with my clean carpets, tile floors, & furniture upholstery after they leave!
