Technician did not show up for 2-4 appt until after 430. Rushed through cleaning the back bedroom and it is still not completely dry after 3 days.

I have been using Zerorez for years and always been very happy. This is the first time i was disappointed. When I called to make the appointment I asked to have my sofa and loveseat cleaned, I was told to “just tell the guy when he gets there”. I did and he wasn’t very happy and he told me it would take an extra hour and he had a call in Whittier at 11:15. He got here a little before 9:00am and was packed up ready to leave at 10:15am. I always move my sofas to the middle of the room so the carpet can be cleaned underneath. He left them in the middle of the room, he didn’t clean underneath and told me he’s not allowed to move furniture and he already packed up. I wasn’t happy and he finally told me he would do it, so I moved them back against the wall and he cleaned the middle of the room.
This is the first time I had my sofas cleaned, it cost me $300 and I’m really disappointed they did come out nicer.
I’m okay with the carpet but I really think someone should come back out to clean the sofas again.
The job you did was great, but the cost was way too much for just two small rooms. I would let people know about the great job, yet I would let them know of the high expense up front. I would tell them that you are way more expensive than other cleaning services. Then there was the additional expense of $25 for a "hauling fee." I was told I wouldn't be charged for that by the person who set up the appointment yet, in the end, I was charged. This on top of an already extraordinary amount. I had no idea I was being charged this amount for the times I've had you come out, but apparently I was. This was very disappointing to me. Hence, my score of 6.
Carpet comes clean and stays clean longer than other carpet cleaners.
We have used Zerorez a number of times, always with great results. We are very pleased with their responsiveness, efficiency, and reliability.
