More importantly, I want to take this opportunity to let you know that our technician, Ramiro, was the best technician you have ever sent. He went above and beyond any tech we have ever had (he actually moved a couple of pieces of furniture)! In addition, the day he was here was a very hot day but he had the most positive attitude regarding his work and your company. I hope Zerorez accommodates customer requests because I would like to have Ramiro from now on.

I appreciate being notified things were running a little late Your technician, Marcel was friendly, did a very thorough job and paid attention to my requests. The carpet stairs especially benefit and the whole carpet looks great and I'm very happy after waiting months due to the Pandemic!

After putting 50% of the payment down, i was scheduled for installation of skylight window coverings. No one showed up because your company claims to have lost the product. 5 days later, I still haven't received any news on the status of the installation. Troublesome, don't you think?

I was very pleased that Rudy, our technician, phoned about 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and arrived on time. He did a very thorough job and explained the benefit of the Zerorez premium fiber carpet protection, which we purchased. My wife were very pleased with Rudy, and our carpet looks just great.

Zerorez has been cleaning my carpet once a year for the past 10 years and they never cease to amaze me how well they get stains out of the carpet (I have a dog and young grandchildren…accidents happen). The technicians are always prompt and give a heads up call before arriving, and friendly. Special thank you to Eric who came out twice in past two months after my dog was ill and puked everywhere (she’s fine now).
