I have been using Zerorez for years and am never disappointed. Each one of the representatives who clean my townhouse are polite and always want to go the extra mile. I have white carpet and have a cat who often vomits and after Zerorez cleans my carpet, they always look like new. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience from initial scheduling: service tech arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning carpet. The cost was very affordable.

Technician did not show up for 2-4 appt until after 430. Rushed through cleaning the back bedroom and it is still not completely dry after 3 days.
