Employees always very thorough, protecting furniture, protecting carpets, working to clean deep stains, giving accurate advice about the drying time agter the cleaning. Our carpets look beautiful!

Easy to schedule. Prompt. Good overall cleaning, with technician asking me to show him which areas I thought needed The most cleaning. Nice light clean scent. The Booties were nice snd the aftercare instructions.

Tell people ahead of time they need to have drop cloths to put under rugs instead of putting the rug out on the dirty garage floor without warning.
