Very happy with Zero Rez last time as was my neighbor. The carpet person that came here last time was just great. So thorough, efficient and helpful. His name was Curt, and will definitely ask for him next time. Happy to recommend Zero Rez.

I had tried other carpet cleaners in the past, but after about the 3rd cleaning, the carpet looked worst within about 3 months than before I had it cleaned, It appears that the Zerorez method does not leave a sticky residue for dirt to cling to. I always recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

The service was pretty good my carpet looked like when it was new. (I have a white carpet)
The technician was on time and very courteous and professional. I asked him to do one more bedroom and my hall and he did it without any hesitation and with a very nice attitude. He seemed that he just want us to be satisfied with the service.

My technician did an excellent job! One of the things I really enjoyed was my carpet was not extremely wet after the cleaning. It cut down on the drying time. Thanks Zerorez!

Good service a very clean job
First visit, you machine broke so the job couldn't be finished. When you were coming out for a re-do, your truck broke down.
For something that was suppose to take 1 visit, this thing is really dragging on.

I was shocked to learn that you charged me $5.00 to use my credit card for payment. I messaged the phone number for the representative that text me about the appointment and of course there was NO reply.
Based on that charge I would not recommend Zerorez to any of my friends.
