Your Service person was very Very good. polite, with quality service. I needed to move furniture and was not ready for him helped me without me having to ask. I would defiantly have back for service again.
Your tech Matt was here with us again for the 3rd time, he is the only reason I would let anyone in our home to clean our house. He does great work, very nice person, was on time and called ahead to let us know he was on the way.
I believe in your process using no soap to clean the carpets, your grout cleaning is also the bomb. The only issue I had was calling up about 10 days before my appointment to see if my appointment could be moved up a couple of days, at that time I was advised that Matt could not come out on a different day but was also told he would not be here the day of my original appointment. I spoke to Brian your phone rep and was told that Matt had requested the day off, I than asked if I did not call how would I have found out that someone else would show up to my house the day of my appointment?
But Brian advised me he would see what he could do and would call me back with an update, shortly after that he called back with a date and time that would work for us and that Matt would be the tech coming to our home. So thanks to Brian we got our guy and time for the appointment. Thanks Brian.

When carpet dried, it looked no different than when I called for appt. Sure do miss Robert. He put muscle into his work.

Technician (Ben) evaluated space to be cleaned, explained service to be provided, confirmed charges, answered our questions clearly & thoroughly. Carpet cleaning was effective. Very positive experience from start to finish.
your pH water cleaning is good for chemical sensitive and people who cannot be around scented products.
STRONG RECOMMENDATION - find a non-scented per-treatment and shampoo product. they DO exist and are quite effective.
also - might be a good potential new product to enhance your offerings - carpet sealant - product is odorless and non-toxic and reduces effects of toxic carpet discharges. interesting concept that might be a new area for you... it certainly fits your business profile quite well.

I scheduled cleaning as I often have for many years. I spoke to Janella on 7-21 and the price was quoted at $378.00, so I gave her the go ahead. When the technician was done cleaning he changed the fee to $418.00 claiming that we had oversized area. All these years you have quoted and never changed your prices before so why start now an upset your customers. Would I recommend you to my friends and family? Right now no, until you honor the price you quoted me and I agreed to. Please make it right.
