Technician is on time, efficient, and polite.
This was his first week being alone on the job after training. Very nice guy and polite too. He needs to work with a partner for a while more to get the experience he needs. He is bright and will be a huge asset if he get a little more OJT. He had to call office or another person for help on how to do a house with multiple areas of mixed carpet and tile. His truck was not fully stocked with furniture blocks and we used our furniture slides to keep legs off of wet carpets. Give this guy more training and he will be great.

The appointment scheduler was polite and accurate and service followed as she had scheduled. Jeremy, the professional, called 20 minutes before he arrived, efficiently and thoroughly did his job. He was polite and informative. The carpet looks great.

Carpet came out great. Stayed wet/damp longer than we expected but after placing some fans on the floor the drying time seemed to speed up. I would recommend your company to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

This is the 6th time I have had Zerorez clean our carpets and the do a super job. Every time I think this will be the last time because they won't be able to get all the spots out they prove me wrong. Zerorez is there on time the people are great and professional and are done in a timely manner. I recommend Zerorez to all my family and friends.
Ramiro did an exceptional job. The service was thorough and he was very considerate of cleanliness in the home. The product did not leave an odor which was important for me. I noticed some carpets dried in a day. On the cheaper carpet, it is still drying going on 2 days with the humidity in the area. The carpets look much better and feel great. i would recommend.

Your service is not what it was when you first started over five years ago! Your technicians are nice and professional but don’t take the same amount of care and attention to detail. My carpet does not get as clean as it did the first time you cleaned. I won’t even use you for stone floors because I was so dissatisfied the second time you cleaned.

From start to finish a FIRST CLASS job! Easy to make appointment to suit my schedule. Received call from Matt with time to arrive. Gave him directions (as this is a gated community). He followed them to a tee - and arrived at my door with a smile. Listened as I toured him and shared my concerns. Recommended protectant which had never been done before. I left the house and returned hours later to find a beautiful carpet and clean clean sofa. Perfection!
