Some of the Stains did not come out and by the end of it the carpet was crusty when you walked through it, it wasn't smooth or soft when you stepped on it.
I have contacted customer service rep twice and am waiting for a return call to set an appointment with a supervisor for an onsite visit. The technician did not properly clean certain spots from the carpet and left a residue with streaks and splotches on the tile floors.
The person who did the cleaning was courteous, explained the service options and allowed me to choose what we needed and did a cleaning job. Thanks!
I like that it is safe for my baby to crawl around on the carpet and I don’t have to worry about weird chemicals.
The technician was on time and professional. We had a couple problem areas from our dog that needed to be addressed. He listened and put us at ease that he would treat the carpet for that specifically. Our carpets look like new and the pet smells that we had are gone, smells that a previous company were not able to treat properly!
Our technician was great! He called ahead to let us know he was on our way, was very polite and professional and did a great job. Our tile, grout and carpet practically look brand new! We've used Zerorez for the last 6 years and will continue to because they deliver results!

Best cleaning I have ever had with carpets. I have used Zerorez for over 6 years and would not consider any other company. Their cleaning system is the only one I have found that does not result in stains reappearing, The company is easy to book with and 3 of the technicians I have had were all knowledgeable and professional.
