The rugs are so clean they look like they're new.
Work was done quickly and the gentleman who did the work was nice. However, the tile floors were not as clean as they could’ve been and it looks like he skipped a small section of the floor. I feel like he could’ve taken a little more time and gotten the job done right.

The carpets look great and dried very quickly. The technician seemed knowledgeable and focused on making sure our needs were met. The true test will be whether some of the spots return as they did within a month with the other carpet cleaner we'd used less than a month earlier.
The windows looked great at first look, but when the sun shines on the windows, they are very streaky. When not in the sunlight they really look good. Unfortunately our front windows get late afternoon sun and look horrible.
