Within 24 hours, the stains were back on my bedroom rug. These were not wine or anything that difficult to get out, basically just foot traffic . Eddie was very nice, but told me that you don't come back if stains return within a short amount of time. Very disappointing and would have a difficult time recommending Zeroez to anyone. My rug looks like it did before Eddie arrived.

Actually, I am quite disappointed in the cost. The technician was here less than one hour (about 55 minutes). Two smaller sized bedrooms were cleaned and two area rugs. The cost was $440. We spoke to another vendor who was working in our neighborhood a couple of days later and asked him what he would charge for the same. It was approximately half that amount. Yes, it is a local company, but that is a big difference. Also, the dining room rug does not look any cleaner. The edges are still dirty.

Service and quality of work is outstanding. Jorge is always on time, professional and friendly and does outstanding job on my tired carpets. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work done meets my satisfaction. He uses protective cones to make sure furniture and walls are protected from the machine. My carpet are really clean when he leave. And, he is a kind man. He has also done my tile and it sparkles when he is finished. Couldn't be happier I would definitely recommend him and Zerorez!
