Efficiency of technician.
Our Technician was on time and very polite. The cleaning looks good. He took the time to ask if we saw any residual stains as he was cleaning. Also, addressed a couple of small spots in a different room. At this point, no spots have returned.
My carpets are always super clean when your techs have done the work. I have recommended your service to several others, Your employees are so nice!!!

Everything & I Do Mean Everything Was Excellent!!
Our technician, Jacob, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and explained what we could expect afterward in areas with pet stains. He wanted to be sure we were pleased with his work before he left.
Jeremy Adams did a great job! I had originally scheduled for carpet cleaning, but ended up cleaning the travertine floor also. He worked very hard to clean out the dirt from travertine tiles that had bothered me for a long time.
Will definitely come back to Zerorez for future cleaning and will request Jeremy.

Every thing was great the carpets look fantastic, didn't take as long as we expected. Jacob was ontime polite, and experienced. Only problem is it took a long time to dry. Aside from that we will use Zeroez again.

Your product dries really fast on carpets. We have wool carpets in several rooms and they were clean and dry the following day. Your service was a 10 plus Jorge called and said I will be there at 8:00 Jorge was here at 8:00. Jorge is a professional from greeting to saying what is going to do and gets it done with a smile on his face because he knows he is doing what he said and is proud of his work. We are so very pleased of the hard work and concern he had in taking care of our home.
