I have been using zerorez for over 15 years. I love the way my carpets come out and it pretty much stays clean for a year until I have them cleaned again. I like the way they call about 1/2 hour before they come and they are pretty much on time. They are very accommodating.

Eddie was great, did a wonderful job on my carpet.
He and I discussed putting a sealer on my kitchen floor and he gave me a quote and told me to call the office and set up a time.
When I called the office to make a time, I was told that I had to pay a minimum of $179 for any appointment.
Forget me ever again and I will tell anyone in my community about your policies

Everybody at Zerorez including Jacob were responsive with scheduling, timing and explanation of everything that took place. You’d be surprised in some companies how communication is very poor but not Zerorez. Jacob went above and beyond in completing the services.

The last time you cleaned my carpets your tech chipped off a piece of the bottom of my dresser, I'm assuming by hitting it too hard with the cleaner head. No way of knowing how it happened because he didn't bother to tell me and I didn't see the wood piece laying on the floor until hours later when I went into the room after the carpet was dry.
On the 18th I had you out to clean my kitchen tile. When I reviewed his work I noticed under the cabinets in front of the toe kick areas was not cleaned at all. He said the machine head would not couldn't get under the lip and that couldn't be cleaned. I explained that was not acceptable and he willingly proceeded to clean it with a rag sprayed with some cleaner. Upon further inspection I noticed none of the edges of the tile up against the baseboards had been cleaned.
Again I asked that he clean all those areas, and he did with a smile, but I don't feel it's my job as the customer to point out what was CLEARLY not done. Lastly the grout is now colorless in some areas. When I asked the tech about that, he said he assumed it was because it was wetter than the other areas and would be fine when it dried in 6 or so hours. A week later and none of the lightened sections have returned to the original color. It's not a 'wet' issue, it's a you ruined my grout issue. I've used Zerorez for years and recommended you to EVERYONE I know and even when a friend suggested they'd found a company just like yours I vehemently disagreed anyone could be better than Zerorez. I won't be making that statement again, or use you again.
