The carpet looks very good! The overflow was cleaned with a blanket. Think it would have been better had it been cleaned up with towels! My tile was left very dirty and messy.

i am a former client from years ago but had not used you in my new home - i got new carpet back in 2017 and it was time to get it cleaned. I could think of no one i would trust more and I am happy to say Matt and ZEROREZ exceeded even my expectations. Matt was so helpful and full of information, also prompt, clean and soo careful with my investment. My carpet now looks exactly like it did on the first day it was installed. I will be calling again for hard surfaces soon and have to say as a customer focused rep Matt is the BEST!

I paid extra to treat pet odors and after cleaning, the odors and stains are worse. I know the vacuuming brings the urine to the top, but why make me pay extra if even the odors are worse, not better after treatment?
