We’ve been using Marcel for years. He always does a thorough job on our carpets. They always come out looking new again!
The carpet didn't have a consistently clean look when dried. No spots, just like not everything was gone over evenly.

Wear shoe covers.
Place form blocks under couch/love seat to protect from wet carpet.
Rack carpet.
I did not receive the quality of service that I’m used to from Zerorez.

I have been using zerorez for over 15 years. I love the way my carpets come out and it pretty much stays clean for a year until I have them cleaned again. I like the way they call about 1/2 hour before they come and they are pretty much on time. They are very accommodating.

Eddie was great, did a wonderful job on my carpet.
He and I discussed putting a sealer on my kitchen floor and he gave me a quote and told me to call the office and set up a time.
When I called the office to make a time, I was told that I had to pay a minimum of $179 for any appointment.
Forget me ever again and I will tell anyone in my community about your policies
