I was very impressed with the service tech, Eduardo V., and how clean the carpet was when he was finished.
Have had Zerorez several times previously. Found the carpet considerably slower to dry this time, however. Wondering about this difference . . .
We were very happy with the technician, Andrew and the outcome of our carpet and chairs. We will definitely use the services of Zerorez and recommend the company to our friends.

I live in a 1 BR Apt. I was quoted $159.00. At the time I told you I was on the 2nd floor and told you that you would probably have to use your portable equip. When your tech got here he said he would be able to use the reg equip. I have no complaints about results and your tech was nice. But when he was finished he said it would be $214.00!! for additional charges.This might have been OK, but I think he should have told me about the UP CHARGES before he started not when he was done!!
I won't be calling you the next time I need service.

Here are the things I liked:
I liked that my two year old carpet looked new after the cleaning, and that there was no soap residue on it.
I liked that even though I agreed on a price to clean the carpet when I made the appointment, once the technician arrived, I was able to obtain an estimate for just cleaning several sofa cushions as opposed to the entire sofa which didn't fit the "by the square foot" price. The first phone rep didn't give me this option, but I called back to cancel the square foot proposal and got a different rep who suggested I have the technician take a look at the sofa.
I liked that the technician called before he came, arrived on time, and didn't try to haggle me out of the agreed upon price made for the carpet cleaning over the phone.
FYI 1. I was disappointed that we had to take the usual 24 hour time precaution when walking on the carpet as your ad emphasizes a much shorter dry time. I don't know if the protection solution that was applied after the cleaning had anything to do with that, but if it did, it should have been mentioned when I made the appointment. This wouldn't have changed anything for me as we have two large dogs, but it would have been nice to know up front as I would have arranged to board them with a relative instead of having to cordon off so much of the house to them for that time.
FYI 2. Several months ago I had a leak in one of the bedrooms and the carpet was cleaned using the steam only method by a flood control rep. I was pleased with the result, and a month later,I tried to find someone in the area who used this method and no matter what term I used, nothing came up on Google. I was about to call a traditional steam cleaning business when one day while driving, I happened to catch the tail end of a commercial on 107.3 Mod which mentioned the word Zerorez. I thought- that must be it, zero residue! Had I not heard that commercial I never would have been able to find your company. I hope a lot of people listen to that station.

We are extremely happy with our carpet cleaning experience last Wednesday.
Austin is personable nd highly professional. He has an upbeat manner and it was a pleasure having him working in our home. After two disappointing carpet cleaning experiences we were reluctant to try again. Austin and the Zeroorez method of cleaning has convinced us how pleasant and stress free the experience can be. We will be scheduling two more room in the near future. Our cleaned carpets look great!
