They are safe for animals. There are no harsh chemicals. There is no odor or smell left behind after cleaning. The carpet does not get as wet, so it dries faster.

The provider was neat and clean. He was purposeful and well organized.
He spent a good amount of time.
The furniture and the carpets are very clean and fresh.
The odor treatment was recommended. Everything looks and is very clean. Impressive!

Its only been a few day since I had my carpet clean and I did see a few areas that are still slightly spotted. Nevertheless, Jacob the service tech was wonderful.. Great personality, very professional and respectful. I previously had my hardwood floors cleaned by Zerorez and a great job was done. the service tech was also very nice and professional.

I wanted to personally commend Austin for his wonderful service - he was on time, courteous and got right to work. He was efficient and the carpets and couch looked fabulous after he left. He really was so professional.
