Technicians are always courteous and attentive to their work. They do a great job and would never use anyone else. Scheduling is easy and they are always punctual. So glad I found them, years ago. They really beat all the competition (except for price :( but I guess you get what you pay for and I think it's worth it!

I was quoted one price and when it came time to pay, I was charged almost $100 more. I asked why and was told the stairs were bigger than standard size stairs.

We have had excellent service by Zerorez and have used them numerous time overs for our furniture cleaning needs. We recently had Austin as our technician. He was professional, friendly and top-notch in every way!

My carpets were rather filthy and after the cleaning, they looked like new. The technician applied Zerorez Premium Carpet Protector for longer lasting protection. Also had the floor tiles cleaned. These haven't been cleaned before and looked spotless! The technician was very helpful, courteous, and thorough. Highly recommend!

Your ace technician, Marcel, does a superior job. We are housing providers and have used Marsel and Zero-Rez in several of our buildings as well as in our home for many years. Our supervisors and site managers are amazed at the Zero-Rez technic and fantastic results. Most often we avoid recarpeting. The results are that good. Highly recommended.

Brett was a phenomenal associate to work with. He explained the process to me and educated me on how often I should get my carpets cleaned. He did a great job and I’m so happy with how his work turned out. He was also on time for the appointment, which is a hugely appreciated.

Carpets get cleaned by a service tech who is friendly and responsive to questions.

The appointment was on time and very nice. My issue is there was a $20 tip added on without asking me. A tip should be given for excellent service.
I did tip the young man but it was my choice
. It should not be added in without consent.

For that reason I felt it was not very good business practice and I would hesitate to recommend this company although you have an excellent product.

I recommend being honest and upfront with the customer.

The products and the process used made my 10+ year old carpet look brand new.
