Easy to schedule the appt on line. The tech showed up on time and really friendly. He double checked the quote prior to beginning the cleaning to make sure I was okay with it. He worked around my two very inquisitive doggies and treated them as if they were his own. The area rug and huge sectional couch looked brand new by the time he was done. Overall top notch service! I have already recommended to friends!

Carpets are not left, soaking wet and dry fairly quickly and the fact that there is no residue left behind technicians work very quickly and arrive in a timely manner and leave within the designated work window. my light cream colored carpeting is nearly 20 years old and the original color is restored after each cleaning I only use zerorez
after each cleaning.
The attention to detail was what impressed me.
I've used Zerorez for a number of years. They always do a good job for me. If there's a problem they are quick to resolve it. I've been happy with each person they send out to do a job for me. I chose Zerorez initially because of the process they use to clean carpets and the fact that the product they use is safe for my dogs and grandchildren.

Zerorez always does a good job. However my last job did not turn out as well as I expected. It may have been the poor quality of the rug. It is only 5 months old (from Macy's). a short shag. I could never vacuum it successfully because the vacuum always pulled the rug up into the vacuum and did the same with every vacuum I tried.
Our carpet man was just excellent…marcel. He is very knowledgeable about carpet fibers, stains, etc. We appreciated his expertise and would request him again. Our carpets were very close to being dry the next mornng. We felt with the promo we definitely got our moneys worth. Will use you again. We have white carpets and there was no yellowing from the treatment.
No chemical residue or smell after cleaning. Stays cleaner longer than chemically cleaned. Friendly, efficient technician.
