It was great!
My recent experience was less than satisfactory.
Technicians are reliable, good with communication, and always do a thorough job. The carpets turn out much cleaner than with other carpet cleaning companies we have used. Especially good for households with pets.
Require technicians to wear shoe covers at all times. He left work boot footprints on the floor in the kitchen and in my office. He accidentally wiped his feet on my silk Chinese rug (which was not being cleaned) because he forgot to place a mat at the entry area. Also, the product used on my kitchen floor left a dull residue. However, Ben was very nice.

I'm always very pleased with the job Zerorez does. It took me years to find a company that delivers the quality of cleaning I expect. Now there is no hesitation when it comes to scheduling a cleaning. The Techs are always pleasant and committed to doing a good job. No slackers.

I have used your company before and they did a good job. This time was different. Corners and the edges at the bottom of the walls were not done very well. Also they left residue on the threshold on my front door and it does not open very well. I have been cleaning the door and it is getting better.
Sal Alvarez was on time for appointment. Took preventative steps to protect my front door and entryway from potential damage. Surveyed the job site and complemented me for prep work. Most importantly - HE TOOK THE TIME TO CLEAN OUR CARPET CORRECTLY by multiple passes over the carpet area to ensure cleaning throughness.
In other words it was not just a quick pass to get the job done fast -but multiple passes to effectively clean the carpet and staircase..
Bottom line - Sal was courteous, professional in tone and manner and worked very hard to do a great carpet cleaning.
Zerorez is fortunate to have such a quality employee !
