It is very easy to schedule an appointment online as well as know upfront exactly what you are paying! The Technician called ahead and was on time! Service was quick & efficient! My carpets look great without that horrible chemical smell!

Tech was truly SINCERE and concerned he was doing the best job he could even though we had a trouble spot that honestly was our initial reason to call for service.
On that note,offered (gifted) us a ORez spot cleaner to do further cleaning that he could not do after cleaning up to leave.

This was my first experience with Zerorez! I had Jeremy clean my 8 foot couch, a recliner, and a rocker glider with a foot rest! It took over two hours and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Zerorez . . . Jeremy was professional, pleasant and very receptive to my questions. It would a wonderful experience!!

Ben, the technician who cleaned the carpets was: on time, friendly, professional, and helpful in resolving the stubborn odor problem in one of the carpeted bedrooms. It required a second treatment and cleaning. I was so pleased that the odor is now gone!
