This was my first experience with Zeroez. This was the BEST carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. No Joke! No chemicals, NO harsh, harmful, toxic substances or smells. The service man called ahead and let me know what time he would arrive. He arrived on time. We discussed my needs, he understood them and went to work. He was efficient and stayed in communication with me all along the way. No messes. No water left behind. He was very pleasant to talk to. I will not only use them again and again, but I am going to tell my friends and family about them.
