The technician didn’t do a good job. When I pointed out areas he missed he said he couldn’t get into tight areas such as behind the toilet.
I had my carpet cleaned yesterday by Romeo here in OC. Romero was the gentleman that did the work. He was so polite and professional. He put down floor coverings, and protection plates around the furniture that the hose may touch. He did a spectacular job! So happy! The carpet looks beautiful.

Austin (Irvine office) recently cleaned our carpets. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome. He was professional, courteous and took the extra time needed to protect my oak staircase and wall corners. He showed up on time and wasted no time starting the job. I will definitely ask for him the next time we want our carpets cleaned.

We have been using zerorez for about 10 years now and generally have always had a great experience. This past service was less than good. The tech was beyond friendly and courteous - no complaints with Jacob. But the cleaning of the carpets and removing of stains were satisfactory at best.
In many cases, a lot of the stains were still present after cleaning. Jacob explained he did three passes when I pointed out to him what I was seeing. When he took a rag with cleaner and scrubbed them by hand, they began to disappear. After he left, I took our bottle of Folex and was able to clear out most all of them myself.
I am not sure why this service was not great at cleaning the carpets but it was not the service we usually get.

Brandon did a great, and very professional job. My carpet and furniture came out so beautifully clean.
First time using your services a few days ago. So far I like how clean the carpet looks, and I really like the idea that the products you use are safe and hypoallergenic. I'm looking forward to seeing how long my stairs and the rest of the carpet stays clean.
Easy and efficient
ZERO RES does a much better job cleaning my carpet than other carpet cleaning companies. I am very happy with the service and the results (my 10 year old carpet looks almost new again!)
Tell me how long to dry. Explain ripples will go away after dry.

was impressed when Chris called at 730 am to confirm him coming early
he was in office and saw the note.
glad he called because i cancelled my class and wouldnt be ready for him before 8 am
he did a wonderful job. carpets look great. only downside, he didn't leave windows open
upstairs for carpets to dry faster.

Great service from technician. He was thorough and professional.
When the service tech first got to our house, he quoted the $139 price we had set over the phone with a Zerrorez representative. While he cleaned the floors, my husband left the house. When the service tech was done he told me I owed $159. I clarified that that is not the price he quoted earlier and not the price I set when I made my appointment. He told me that he was just reading the bill and that’s what the bill said.
He made a phone call and fixed it, but it still made me uncomfortable because he had quoted the $139 before we said anything (when my husband was home). I don’t know how the price billed changed from the time he started to when he finished. Had I not spoken up, I would’ve paid more than the agreed upon price.
My carpets look great. Rudy was very nice, professional and did an excellent job on my carpet care. I highly recommend him as well as Zerorez. Kathy
