I gave my opinions and kudos in a letter to the Irvine office. It explained how satisfied I was with the young man who took care of the cleaning of the carpets. He was very conscientious--his name is Sergio & I will request him again in the coachella valley area!!

He was right on time and efficient in working. He didn't try to convince me to upgrade service or add on charges for stains in one room. He was pleasant to deal with clean & neat. I liked that he called 1/2 hour ahead to let me know he was on his way.

Friendly service man. Very quick and efficient. Explained everything. The cleaning was excellent. Cost was reasonable. One issue: He said the carpets would be dry in 10 hours. 30 hours later they're not totally dry. So it would be good to just manage expectations a little better. All in all a great job.

The staff assigned here did an outstanding job removing two difficult stains that have been a recurring problem for months. I have had other companies clean the carpet but stains always reappeared.

So far after almost 2 weeks stains have not come back.
