Roman was amazing. He worked with a scheduling limitation and got the job done. Our carpets look soooo much better. Stains removed and everything looks fresh…without a smelly residue left behind. Those are just a few reasons why we love ZeroRez.

When they were cleaning the carpet, there was a white stain on the carpet. The person that was cleaning said it would go away when it dried. The stain did not go away, and when trying to contact someone, I don't get a response. It's very frustrating.

The technician was very polite and called to say when he would arrive. Our floors were filthy and now they are beautifully clean.
The person who cleaned our floors was not truthful about the drying time. He said they would be dry in 6-8 hours. As of now, 32 hours later, some of the flooring is still wet!!! Unacceptable!!
Sergio did an amazing job. Carpets look like new and no smell or crunchiness. He is a hardworking, honest and thorough employee. Happy to recommend.

Today I had a technician, Jacob, come to the house and clean our tile and one room with a rug.
Jacob was so respectful and very courteous. He did a very thorough and excellent job. I would definitely have Jacob come back.
While your serviceman was very polite he did a terrible job that stayed wet for three days. When asked why it was so wet we were told to open all the Windows so it would dry faster. THIS IS FEBRUARY!!@ I WILL NOT USE your company again.
