Brandon did a great, and very professional job. My carpet and furniture came out so beautifully clean.
First time using your services a few days ago. So far I like how clean the carpet looks, and I really like the idea that the products you use are safe and hypoallergenic. I'm looking forward to seeing how long my stairs and the rest of the carpet stays clean.
Easy and efficient
ZERO RES does a much better job cleaning my carpet than other carpet cleaning companies. I am very happy with the service and the results (my 10 year old carpet looks almost new again!)
Tell me how long to dry. Explain ripples will go away after dry.

Great service from technician. He was thorough and professional.
When the service tech first got to our house, he quoted the $139 price we had set over the phone with a Zerrorez representative. While he cleaned the floors, my husband left the house. When the service tech was done he told me I owed $159. I clarified that that is not the price he quoted earlier and not the price I set when I made my appointment. He told me that he was just reading the bill and that’s what the bill said.
He made a phone call and fixed it, but it still made me uncomfortable because he had quoted the $139 before we said anything (when my husband was home). I don’t know how the price billed changed from the time he started to when he finished. Had I not spoken up, I would’ve paid more than the agreed upon price.
My carpets look great. Rudy was very nice, professional and did an excellent job on my carpet care. I highly recommend him as well as Zerorez. Kathy

We haven't had our tile professionally cleaned since it was installed 25 years ago. The grout had changed from white to dark grey. Once the tech finished with the cleaning process the tile and grout looked brand new again. And instead of using harsh chemicals, they use specially treated water. The house smelled like oranges when they were done.
We'd give a score of "10", but after the sealer dried we can see smudges on many of the tiles. So we're going to have to hot mop the whole floor.
Brett Spence is an excellent representative for your company. His work is thorough and our carpets (and kitchen tiles this time too) make our home feel brand new. We recommend you highly.

Jacob was great, on time, polite, helpful and friendly. The coffee stain, after 2 attempts to remove it, proved not removable by your company, so Jacob said. Then why have I been able to remove it with another store bought product with only one attempt? That's why I would not use your services again. Yes, the rest of the carpets were cleaned well.
I have,for years,had the same technician,Sal,so I can only give my opinion from my experience with him.His work is magnificent.He is able to make my carpets look like new,and given that they are 25 years old,that is quite a feat.Apart from his excellent work,Sal is a very likeable and well rounded person and I enjoy meeting him

hi...your cleaner was super nice. but there were still some stains left on my couch which i had hoped he could get out. haven't had a chance to call about it. too busy! but they weren't terrible stains...just lighter areas and i thought for sure they would be addressed...but weren't.
Our Service Technician was very professional, informative, and on time for the appointment. The carpets were cleaned, and we were provided with information and footwear to protect carpets during the final drying time. We would definitely recommend Zerorez, and we intend to use them again for any future cleaning needs.

The technician, Sal who came to my home on Dec 29 was wonderful. He let me know exactly what he was going to do, then he did it.
He cleaned my downstairs tile floor beautifully and I'll definitely be keeping it up with regular visits.
He also recommended that I do my outside patio and I'm going to follow up soon for him to do that.
He also advised that Zero Rez cleans rugs and I've already reached out to you to take care of that.
My only wish was that I'd taken a before and after photo as the difference was unbelievable and keep in mind I just had the new tile installed in August.

Professional and courteous and magical stain removing capabilities
We have been using zerorez for about 10 years now and generally have always had a great experience. This past service was less than good. The tech was beyond friendly and courteous - no complaints with Jacob. But the cleaning of the carpets and removing of stains were satisfactory at best.
In many cases, a lot of the stains were still present after cleaning. Jacob explained he did three passes when I pointed out to him what I was seeing. When he took a rag with cleaner and scrubbed them by hand, they began to disappear. After he left, I took our bottle of Folex and was able to clear out most all of them myself.
I am not sure why this service was not great at cleaning the carpets but it was not the service we usually get.
