I was told that the person cleaning the carpet could also clean my laminate floors. When he got there he said he couldn’t do it. My friend was at the house with him and told me he said he didn’t have the right equipment. I was very disappointed since I was told they would be able to clean them as well as the carpet.

Austin, our Zero Rez technician, arrived ed on time, was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly & everything went just as he said it would. Carpet is clean & dried just as he said it would. We will now use them to clean our floor tile.

We have used Zerorez many times the past several years. Needless to say, that probably won't happen again. Such a terrible experience in so many ways. First, our arrival time was scheduled for 12-2 PM. We received a voice mail at 10:47 that the tech was on his way. By the time I returned the call, he was out in front and asked if could he start. We were not ready but accommodated his very early arrival. Apparently it was a new tech as he was uncertain how to do the job. Edges of all the rooms were missed (my husband had to use a Mr. Eraser to fix them). He wore EarPods the entire time making getting his attention difficult. We added two upstairs bathrooms and he said it would be an additional $80 which was fine. He finished and asked if we would like to inspect it but he had done not even half of the connecting tile downstairs. One room, which we had removed a rug did not need cleaning except for the edges. He misunderstood and cleaned it entirely! The entire entryway, laundry room and bathroom, which are all connected by the same tile, were not done. This has never happened before. The stairs were cleaned and despite the extremely warm weather, took two full days to dry. They were soaking wet. Grout was damaged (which we expected because there were chipped areas prior) but there was a noticeable chip on the bottom edge of a kitchen cabinet, apparently from the machine. In the past, we have had orange corner protectors placed so this type of damage does not happen and he did not use any on this clean. He later spent so much time on the phone with a manager working out the cost and seemed scared in relaying the information. He definitely should be training with others and not on his own just yet. After he left, we notice a very large section of our driveway with several in and out tire marks and a huge area with oils stains from the van. (photos available). Hopefully these can be removed by my husband.

Overall, in the past, we have always been super happy with the techs friendliness and their willingness to "throw in" a small area. If this had been our first visit, we would never call Zerorez again!

I have been receiving the Zerorez adds in my weekly mailers but always kept them aside telling myself I will pull the trigger soon to have the carpets cleaned in our house, couch and area rugs. I finally scheduled Zerorez out to our home this week and boy was I impressed and happy I moved forward. Jeremy was our technician, he showed up when he said he would, he was on-time, respectful, worked efficiently, and very clean when he worked. He had nothing but positive things to say about working for Zerorez, which was wonderful to hear that his employer is good to work for. Thank you Jeremy for 5**** work and thank you Zerorez for keeping those coupons coming in the mailers. I will definitely use the company again, and will refer my family and friends.

We have been using Zerorez since 2005. A number of neighbors have come by and asked about your Company and if they did a good job. Our answer was always "Yes.

The person who cleaned our carpets this time did a wonderful job on the carpets.

However, after he left, we noticed that he nicked the drywall on the stairs and there was a white spot on the painted wall. It was clearly noticeable but nothing was mentioned by the technician.

I had to order paint to repair the drywall and will paint the damage to the wall when the paint arrives.

The paint was a custom color ordered by my wife.

You probable do not want to mention my comments above where you ask about sharing my feedback.

The customer service rep who took my request handled my phone call pleasantly and efficiently.
And the technician who performed the job was polite, careful and competent.

No residue

I had my carpet cleaned and my main concern was 1 area in the living room where my father sat on a recliner. After the carpet dried that area looked like it was not cleaned.

Andrew was the absolute best! I would highly recommend this company. Andrew was professional, polite, and detailed oriented.

Beige carpet 3 years old had a couple of dirt spots..I have see many ads how great cleaning was. I had Riverside Zerorez to come clean bedroom carpet.. for $159. Plus 19.00 plus 5.00 charge they send a guys here to clean my carpet. It was supposed to be 3 rooms for $159.00 even though I had only 1 room of carpet. Since I had 3 room deali asked could he clean kitchen tile floor and he said he could. He cleaned floor pulling up grout paint I forgot I had..floor looked worse and bed room carpet had streaks in the rug. It looks one stroke is clean and the other is not. The serviceman was here no more than 30 minutes in total. I don’t appreciate to service and the price I paid to get such a lousy job. In addition, I had to pay 19.00 to take dirty water away which jacked up the price. No way could have used that much water. My carpets were not that dirty but I Made the mistake of using Zerorez. I was told I would get a receipt by my email which never happened.
WIL I RECOMMEND TO OTHERS, MY ANSWER IS NO WAY. THE WORK WAS SHODEY AND THE COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE. MY CARPET LOOKS WORSE THAN WHEN HE STARTED. I DOUBT THAT SPOTS WILL NOT COME BACK, AND STREAKS ARE EVER PRESENT. I AM SURE THIS WILL FALL ON BLIND EYES.
