Very efficient, provided plastic slipons, cleaning agent was not toxic, very polite and considerate, rug looked wonderful.

No residue
I had my carpet cleaned and my main concern was 1 area in the living room where my father sat on a recliner. After the carpet dried that area looked like it was not cleaned.
Andrew was the absolute best! I would highly recommend this company. Andrew was professional, polite, and detailed oriented.
Beige carpet 3 years old had a couple of dirt spots..I have see many ads how great cleaning was. I had Riverside Zerorez to come clean bedroom carpet.. for $159. Plus 19.00 plus 5.00 charge they send a guys here to clean my carpet. It was supposed to be 3 rooms for $159.00 even though I had only 1 room of carpet. Since I had 3 room deali asked could he clean kitchen tile floor and he said he could. He cleaned floor pulling up grout paint I forgot I had..floor looked worse and bed room carpet had streaks in the rug. It looks one stroke is clean and the other is not. The serviceman was here no more than 30 minutes in total. I don’t appreciate to service and the price I paid to get such a lousy job. In addition, I had to pay 19.00 to take dirty water away which jacked up the price. No way could have used that much water. My carpets were not that dirty but I Made the mistake of using Zerorez. I was told I would get a receipt by my email which never happened.
WIL I RECOMMEND TO OTHERS, MY ANSWER IS NO WAY. THE WORK WAS SHODEY AND THE COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE. MY CARPET LOOKS WORSE THAN WHEN HE STARTED. I DOUBT THAT SPOTS WILL NOT COME BACK, AND STREAKS ARE EVER PRESENT. I AM SURE THIS WILL FALL ON BLIND EYES.
The service was efficient and the carpets are refreshed! Customer service was friendly and informative.

Operator had no business card and they were late on their arrival. Also no receipt for work performed except on email.

Jeremy Adams was the BEST!!! gave me updates of when his arrival time would be. Best clean I have ever had.
The use of high ph alkaline hot water instead of detergents as well as truck-mounted extraction. The carpet should stay cleaner longer since no detergents are used, hence no residue. This is my first time using Zerorez so I am hoping for the best results.

Tough to say how to improve. Zerorez was on time, the technician was
professional, explained what and how he would do the cleaning, completed
the job is a timely manner. The only reason I wrote 8 instead of 10 because
I always hesitate to highly recommend any company as people are so
difficult to please and what I am highly satisfied with somebody else might
not be. But I will use Zerorez again in the future. My husband was happy with the results and he is much more difficult to please so thank you.

The associate came across negative. "Oh that traffic spot will not come out". I said it is just dirt why not? It came out. There is an small area I pointed out that did not look clean and he said oh that is just a shadow....it is not a shadow when he came to me and said he was done and had already put his equipment outside. I feel a good service move would have been him asking me to double check his work. Also, he did not leave me an invoice. I will call the Irvine office to send me one.
The technician was very nice and professional. However I don't feel the product was that great.
I got the tile cleaning along with the carpet. Although I have had the tile for quite a while, I believe the tile could have gotten a little cleaner.

Your technician, Froilan, made the black spots bigger and darker. I tried to contact him this morning and left a message in his cell phone to come back and fix the black spots. He never return my message.
Please have some other technician to come my home and fix the problem. Thank you.
