I like your attention to detail, your thorough cleaning (especially white and light color carpeting and rugs). Very little odor during cleaning. Careful clean-up in my home after the service!

I gave my opinions and kudos in a letter to the Irvine office. It explained how satisfied I was with the young man who took care of the cleaning of the carpets. He was very conscientious--his name is Sergio & I will request him again in the coachella valley area!!

Didn’t get all spots off carpet , carpet is less that 2yrs old , light foot traffic , dark spots appear to be worse now

The person I spoke with to make the appointment was very pleasant on the phone. My carpet looks great.

The carpet looked ok afterwords but we were surprise that he took onle 1/2 hour to clean a big cliset and a a big bedroom He could have spend more time in the dark spots

He was right on time and efficient in working. He didn't try to convince me to upgrade service or add on charges for stains in one room. He was pleasant to deal with clean & neat. I liked that he called 1/2 hour ahead to let me know he was on his way.

What do you like about our products and services?

Friendly service man. Very quick and efficient. Explained everything. The cleaning was excellent. Cost was reasonable. One issue: He said the carpets would be dry in 10 hours. 30 hours later they're not totally dry. So it would be good to just manage expectations a little better. All in all a great job.
