I didn't know that scotchguarding was going to prevent me from walking on the carpet for 24 to 48 hours. Additionally, I wish the woman taking my information would have asked what the fabric of my furniture was, as the tech was uncomfortable cleaning it (Velvet and suede).

You cleaned my mom's carpet. There were alot of stains. However you technician did a very good job at getting the majority of stains out. The carpet looked very good!

My carpet was dirty!!. I was ready to replace them when I got an advertisement from you stating "that you could drink the water after you cleaned the carpet" I thought if they can drink the water from our dirty carpets, then I'll give them a try.

Eric was our technician. He was very professional. Told us exactly what he would be doing and that it would take about an hour. At one point he should us the difference Zerorez was making. We couldn't believe it. Eric took his time and did a fabulous job.
