The professionalism of your employees. They know what they’re found, the take their job seriously and they lay out mats and rugs so there is no chance for additional dirt.

They did a very good job on a very dirty carpet. The service person was very nice.
The machine was on and sprayed the ceiling. He was not going to clean it up until I got him towels and a ladder.
