I have been using the services of Zerorez for many years. The results have always been great and their work ethics are superb. I have referred them to many friends and family.

The technician (Eduardo V.) that cleaned my carpeting did an excellent job. He took the time to vacumn up the dog hair that was in the stairwell, upstairs hallway, and one of the bedrooms.
When he was finished cleaning the carpeting I was amazed at how my 20 year old carpeting looked like new. I am not exaggerating, he did a wonderful job. Zerorez is fortunate to have such a good technician working for them. I would have no qualms about recommending Eduardo V. and Zerorez to family and friends for carpet cleaning.

Environmentally friendly, Carpet cleaning prices are fair & comparable to regular cleaning companies. Technician was thorough, polite, on time.

They did a great job friendly service man and we were moving out of a rental into a new home that had dogs. Carpet looked clean but I was worried if their dog peed anywhere my dogs would mark. He did a great job and once we were out of our rental we had them clean that. Super service as our movers didn’t show up day of moving and we had scheduled the carpets to be cleaned the next morning. They were wonderful at getting their tech out the next day. I highly recommend them.

I like that there is no soap or chemical residue left in the carpet, keeping it looking cleaner longer. I also appreciate that the technician put a mat over our front door threshold and corner guards on the door moldings so that the hoses didn't mar the finish of the threshold and moldings.

I had zerorez here on Monday - Austin was the technician. I accidentally erased the email where I wanted to review his performance. Austin was polite, helpful, VERY thorough, and did an AMAZING job on cleaning my WHITE carpet! He went above and beyond - he gave extra attention to the traffic patterns which were more soiled. He explained the process and left me a brochure to read more about your services. He worked quickly, but efficiently and thoroughly. He is an ABSOLUTE "10" in my book. The next time I schedule my carpet cleaning, I will ask for Austin to do the cleaning for me!

If all of your technicians are like Austin - you are indeed very fortunate!!!

I like the efficiency and products that you use to clean carpets. No soapy residue or crunchy feeling after the carpet has dried.

The only area I would like to see you change is the additional cost to clean carpeted stairs. The price to clean an additional area was $40 but to do the stairs (which is smaller square footage) you charge $70. I asked the representative why and his response was because you have to spend more time doing that area and it requires a little more effort.

I didn't like that response (I chose to have my stairs cleaned anyway), but the only thing that the representative did was to change the size of the cleaning tool. There really shouldn't be a price difference, I really doubt the "extra" effort involved would amount to that much of a price difference.

Other than that, I'm happy with the work and the results.

Ben is great and did a good job. One thing you should know is he asked to park his truck in our driveway which I said was okay. After he left, we noticed 5 or more drops of oil on our nice driveway. We were able to use a degreaser and remove the stains, but going forward you should be aware of this and advise your employees not to park on customers driveways, or ha e your vehicles serviced to avoid this. I will try to remember this for next time and not let them park on our driveway
