Romero was professional and my carpet looks great!
The carpet was dirty all areas were not clean.
Overall is satisfactory except some small areas were missing due to not moving the trash can…

I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez on Tuesday and they look new again! Rudy was professional, thorough and quick. The scotch guard treatment helps prevent stains and I had that treatment applied as well. I am a repeat customer and recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.
Trevor was very professional and explained everything we had concerns with. He was very thorough yet he was very fast.

While the person was responsive and did go over an area again when asked, overall we feel the carpet didn’t get clean. Also it now shows new dirty patches. We’ve used Zerorez in Washington with great success so we’re not sure what happened here. In Washington they were even able to get out a large, old, orange juice spill that had been hidden by the kids!
We are now left having to pay a second person to come out and redo our cleaning which mainly consists of dirt from high traffic areas. If I can get it out with Folex, certainly Zerorez should’ve been able to. Will never use this location again because I may as well have left $280 on the sidewalk.
On time; willing to try hard to remove stains
Your service is wonderful. We've been customers of Zerorez since June 2005! We have always been treated with respect, messages left on our phone as to when service would be performed, etc. have always been right on! We have never been left in doubt as to when and how our request for service would be completed. Brett was just here last week, did a wonderful job, and we will have him come back in a month to do grout cleaning!

Brandon Dehart cleaned our tile and grout throughout the house and did a fabulous job. When some of the protectant got on a little edging of carpet he came back the next day at the end of a long work day and took care of the problem. The best thing about Brandon is not his strong work production but his terrifically positive, pleasant attitude. He does great work but is also a super likable person. The tile looks the best it has since it was put in.
The technicians are always professional and the carpet looks great after it has been cleaned.

There were 2 noticeable spots that were not removed. We are repeated customers who have another appointment at my wifes business and thought we would get a better service.
My rep, Alex was very friendly and professional. He over-delivered on some pieces he that had very old stains.
Zeroez was easy to work with. I made the call, scheduled the appointment and a week later they were out to service. The technician called ahead, came on time and was very professional. He did a great job and we were very happy with their service. They cleaned my tile floors and the grout and it came out wonderfully. I would happily use them again!!
The reason I contact Zerorez every year is that 1) the carpet is totally clean, 2) The carpet stays clean longer than any other service & 3) Your technicians are thorough and professional.

There are still a few stains on the carpet area of the bedroom. I had hoped that area would have come out better.
