Don’t feel the time was taken to treat the stains before tge carpet was cleaned.

Previous times I’ve used Zerorez they treat and work on the stain.

This time I don’t think the time was taken, nor did he let me know that he couldn’t get the stain out. Let the carpet dry before I called to have them come back out. Well the stain looks worse than it was at the beginning.

Great tech Chris was on time for our cleaning. He graciously adjusted the work to include tile floors. The carpet and tile floors look great.

First and second time I had the carpets done, it cost $179 to do the two bedrooms, closets, hallway and stairs.
This time, I was given a quote of $204, after a $20 discount. Then the employee comes and says the hallway connecting the two rooms is not included, and that it would cost $30 more. So we paid $30 more, and he didn't do the closets.

Total bait and switch. Very disappointed. Not going to use Zerorez again.
