We have used Zerorez for many years and never been disappointed with the results.

Our service technician was terrific.

Was skeptical Zerorez could turn a pretty bad looking carpet on the stairs into anything presentable. We had a large family gathering and were reserved to changing the carpet entirely.
But the technician came in, reviewed the stains, and went to work.
What resulted was a carpet that looked almost brand new and hardly showed any signs of being battered and battled..
We were pleasantly amazed and would readily and willingly recommend Zerorez any time, every time.

I understand the mask mandate has been lifted. But it should still be a courtesy to enter someone’s residence with one on, or inquire if it is okay not to. I have a brand new baby. The service was rendered twice due to faulty equipment the first time. It was not an issue for the rep to return. However, the mask situation made me uncomfortable. I should have also been more vocal in regard to it. But I wasn’t. Take this message and relay it to workers in the field please.

Ramiro did an excellent job on our carpeting and chair. I appreciate the extra time he took with some stubborn carpet stains and also his explanation about the fabric on the chair and the proper method to clean it. A previous company had cleaned the chair and it looked awful and, unfortunately, their cleaning method left marks in the fabric. Ramiro was able to "erase" some of those marks and it looks so much better. Also Ramiro did not try to upsale any services which I greatly appreciated.

However please don't advertise a price and then add extra costs on top of it.....its false advertising and I can see why people would get mad and not book with you...just tell the truth upfront!

A nice young man was sent out to clean the hard floor in my home. He said it would take about a hour and a half to complete. I stayed on the patio during the cleaning. About 90 minutes later he said it was complete and said the grout would not dry for about 3 hours or so. Four hours later I took a look. To my surprise the grout was far from clean and the cleaning solution was still on the floor. The floor was not bright and shiny but dull and still dirty. After calling to complain Zerorez told me they would be back to fix it today. I hope things turn out better today. Every one deserves a second chance? Chip Last name removed Canyon Lake Ca.

Great service, great value

I was t impressed with service as I’ve been in the past. Christopher, the tech recommended cleaning monthly while our previous tech always recommended every six months. Monthly cleaning can add up to be pretty expensive. This cleaning the carpet appeared to be rough and crunchy. It also bubbled up and the stain reappeared after drying. I’m on the fence about using this particular tech.
