I am so glad we decided on Zerorez. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Pricing was fair. Austin was AMAZING! I got a call the morning of the appointment to confirm, and a confirmation when he was on his way. He explained how the cleaning worked, as well as the post-cleaning treatment. Floor mats were laid down to protect our wooden floors, and wall corner covers were placed to protect our walls from the cords and hose. I asked the poor guy like a billion questions and he was polite and friendly in answering every single one of them. The carpets look better than when we moved in! Yes, I did forget to take before photos :( Having our carpets professionally cleaned with a kid/pet/family-safe procedure is one of the best decisions of my year so far. Ask for Austin Lawson. 500% recommend!!!

We used the Home Depot carpet cleaner previously but it did not do a good job. So, we tried Zerorez this time. The result was a little bit cleaner than Home Depot but, definitely not worth the $120 extra that we had to pay. The regular dirt stains were not cleaned properly, let alone the heavy dirt spots which,I was told would be all gone.
To sum it up:
-too expensive
-machine was not powerful enough
-not satisfied

Great service and fast. The urine treatment really pulled the smell out of the carpet. There were some spots that didn't come up, but their appearance was approved considerably. I really wish there was a way for the machine to get tight to the wall/baseboard though as dirt/stains that were close to the edges were not helped at all and contrast highly with the now-clean center of the carpet

Every time I've used ZEROREZ, each worker/technician has done a great job being very precise cleaning my carpets, love sets and pillows while being very accommodating. He was here Wednesday, at 8am, April 13th. Embarrassingly, I have forgotten his name. Hopefully, the appt. information will bring up his name.

The technician, Austin Lawson, was prompt, courteous and very efficient. The house was clean in no time. The product is great, we have very light carpet with a dark haired shedding dog and Austin got it sparkling clean! We added the protector and the carpet feels fantastic. Super soft.
