We were pleased with the service we did receive, but it was incomplete. The technician complained that the previous carpet cleaners had left a lot of soap in the carpet, which was slowing down his cleaning. He finished everything except the stairs, which he said he could not do: he said the stairs had too much soap and that it was putting too much stress on the motor in his truck. So he did not complete the stairs. We had to get out our own Bissell Little Green Machine and do the work ourselves. We were disappointed. I still remember the old Zerorez slogan about "we get out the stuff the other guys leave behind." Unfortunately, not in this case. :-(

A la carte pricing should be made clear up front. Everything I assumed would be included and has been with other cleaners, was an extra fee.

My carpet was very dirty. Your cleaning method needed more cleaning power. Your technician worked very hard, I was happy with his efforts.

THe technician was super friendly, courteous and helpful. He knew about hte product and the difference from other products on the market. The appointment was for 3 rooms and it took less time than other cleaners with a much better outcome (no heavy chemical smalls/residue). He was done in about 45 minutes and the carpets we dry in 2 hours! I'm very impressed by the service, product and outcome.
