Everything was great!
The didn’t smell clean after treatment. I wanted the carpets cleaned for my baby who is starting to crawl and I am not confident the carpets actually are clean.
I've always had a quality job done by technicians who were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, efficient and easy to talk to and who were clearly comfortable communicating with and informing the client as needed.
I had a great service for area rugs cleaning. Jorge, the technician was friendly, courteous and helpful. I will use this company again when needed.

My experience was excellent. Brandon called before he arrived; he was professional, very neat and very careful of the walls and floors. He suggested a specific treatment to clean snd remove pet damage and odor and he wanted to make certain I was happy with it before he left.
The products he used are scentless yet my house smells fresh and clean. Also the products are safe for my pets. I would Zerorez again.

Best carpet cleaning company
Our corner walls mid way up were rubbed damaged by the hoses. We didn’t want another person come back so we painted them ourselves. How could be improved tell customers corner walls could be damaged to pick an entrance with fewer turns. Guy should have entered through front door not twisty hall way where the damage was done. Also was charged $40 extra to clean 2 throw rugs which we then threw out still very dirty.
