Yes I would used Zerorez again and I do recommend Zerorez to my friends and family
But I do advise them that they need to tell Zerorez that they must send a experience technician to perform the service

Zero residue speaks for itself…
The technician was timely and did a superb job making my house look brilliant again. He cleaned and sealed the tile flooring which wasn't easy as a carpet pad had stuck to a certain area leaving a lot of black rubber residue where the area rug had been. Also, the technician suggested that I hire someone in the tile business to color the tile grout as it is wearing and discoloring. I appreciated his suggestion. Lastly, he cleaned the area rug that I had laid out in the garage.

Tile grout came out as good as new. Price was reasonable.
Disappointed that when they changed the add to 3 rooms for a certain price that I couldn’t swap out a room and instead have area rug which was much smaller done. Instead paid an extra $50.

In the just cleaned tile & marble areas, the cleaning machine &/or dirty water left whole sections & edges all still dirty. We had to on hands & knees for the following 4 hours after ZeroRez just left Scrub ourselves to finish the job.

Marcel did an excellent job and went above and beyond in his determination to try to remove extremely tough, soaked-in stains and greatly improved the appearance of the carpeting to the point where we can now take photos and not have any lingering odors from the stained carpeting.
