Best experience I have ever had with carpet cleaning. he was on time and did better than I expected. Have 2 dogs and one is a puppy that had many accidents upstairs. Carpet was beautiful after he was done. Thank you so much for being as good as I was told you are. Have already told others about you.

My carpet was very dirty. Your cleaning method needed more cleaning power. Your technician worked very hard, I was happy with his efforts.
THe technician was super friendly, courteous and helpful. He knew about hte product and the difference from other products on the market. The appointment was for 3 rooms and it took less time than other cleaners with a much better outcome (no heavy chemical smalls/residue). He was done in about 45 minutes and the carpets we dry in 2 hours! I'm very impressed by the service, product and outcome.

Sal is the best technician at Zenorez. When he arrives to clean our carpets I know the job will be done exceptionally well. Sal is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable about Zerorez and skilled in cleaning carpets/Pet accidents, Furniture, rugs, flooring. He goes above and beyond to please his customers.

The technician was super-professional and did a great job. The best part is that he never attempted to up-sell us - which has happened with every other carpet cleaning company we've tried. The carpeting and upholstery was a bit wet for several hours but all the spots were gone and haven't reappeared. Overall, a great job!
i LIKE HOW CLEAN THE CARPET LOOKS. HOWEVER, IT WILL TAKE A WHILE FOR ME TO SEE IF SPOTS AND DIRT REEMERGE.

I have two suggestions:
Caution clients that depending on the carpet, one might see waves, bubbles, etc appear -- this is normal and once dry will flatten and get back to normal -- it was a scare to see the amount of warping an hour after you guys left!
On a marketing front -- if possible, I would add the story that OC, LA, Riverside territories are all under one ownership (if that is the case) -- because as a consumer, I felt like I was choosing one franchisee over another and felt bad that it wasn't the local owner -- unless of course you guys don't have protected territories and there are a bunch of franchisees fighting for customers then it's all about outspending the competitors (ugh) -- just a positioning strategy
