Service is great. Products always exceed expectations
I am very pleased with Edwardo's work. He was courteous and made sure I understood certain aspects of cleaning my carpet.
Prompt and neat. Carpets look great but I want to wait a bit to see if they stay that way.

I watched the dirt come right out with EASE on every stroke of Rudy's wand and was utterly AMAZED that this had no soap or chemicals.
Rudy showed me and explained the two ORGANIC NON CHEMICAL treatments they have for heavy traffic areas and pet stain. One is oranges and the other is apples.
I cannot begin to tell how much better my carpet is AND MY HOUSE!

I have always used Zerorez. This was about the 4th time. The man who came was very, very good. Everything was perfect.
Technician was an hour plus past the service window. He did text twice regarding the delay but we choose windows to fit within our other plans.
Alex was nice and efficient, however I do not know that your service is so far superior to warrant the higher cost.
