Great technician!
Sal and his partner actually made eye contact when they spoke to me. They took their time in explaining the process.That told me that they were present, not trying to rush through the job to get done and get out. I highly recommend Zerorez. My carpets look great.

Area rug cleaning is pricey. In house services are reasonably priced.
We always use Zerorez since there is no soap residue. However, unfortunately our stains keep coming back after a day or so.

Jacob did his best to clean the carpets. Some cleaners I had in the past were just going through the motions without caring they did a good job.

The technician who came to our house was very professional. He kept us appraised of his arrival time and was thorough in his explanation. This is the third or fourth time I have used Zerorez. Our carpet always takes longer to dry than we are told it will but the carpets are clean and look nice when dry. Unfortunately, our carpet was very wet this time, especially the stairs where there was the most dirt. Instead of drying in 6-8 hours as we were told we have had fans on it the entire time and they are still not completely dry 43 hours later. Living with fans for that long and them still not being dry is not good. I would use them again because I have had a good experience in the past. However this time it has not been as good.
