I love how fresh and clean the whole house feels after having all my floors done. Carpets and hard surfaces alike. This is my second time using Zerorez and I will continue to be a customer. After seeing the results my mom is making an appointment too!

Excellent customer service ... dried quite fast and no wet odor
They do a great job really getting out the dirt in carpets and just recently Branden was able to clean up my stone stairs that have looked dirty for too long. Now they are 200% cleaner than before!

Rug and carpet was cleaned but after it drys you can see spots again. Also some areas the carpet was extra crispy. Not a good feeling on bare feet.

Quick, thorough, friendly
Service was quick and professionally done. Product smelled fresh when completed. The final outcome looked great - the carpets did not require to be replaced - left like new. The tile floors and grout were cleaned and looked very good. Also, we had the granite counters all cleaned and sealer added - they once again looked shiny and new. Jorge, company representative was friendly, courteous and professional. Was up front with the cost and did a great job. Would highly recommend Zerorez.
