Apparently more environmentally friendly than other services. Would have to give a competitor
an opportunity to clean equally dirty carpet to offer a totally fair comparison.
Techs are always very polite and thorough. I’m always amazed at how great our carpet looks afterwards! And I appreciate the way they call me about 30 minutes before arrival. It’s so helpful.
The first was a chair soiled by my cat. The odor was gone and the chair was very clean. No more odor.
The second time was more disappointing. The service man said that the stain/odor could not be removed because of the padding beneath the carpet.
Customer service , the tech Trevor did a great Job cleaned up any mess , very polite.
You can’t arrive and inform us that you going to only to the room not the walk in closet which is size 6 ft by 3 and telling is to pay $100 for what? if the room was that much bigger you charge extra $100? That makes absolutely no sense and doing business like that and not being upfront and honest will make you loose customers.
Your carpet cleaning product does not leave a residue. My carpets always feel so fresh after being cleaned.
Your service reps are always on time and very friendly!
