Jacob did his best to clean the carpets. Some cleaners I had in the past were just going through the motions without caring they did a good job.

The technician who came to our house was very professional. He kept us appraised of his arrival time and was thorough in his explanation. This is the third or fourth time I have used Zerorez. Our carpet always takes longer to dry than we are told it will but the carpets are clean and look nice when dry. Unfortunately, our carpet was very wet this time, especially the stairs where there was the most dirt. Instead of drying in 6-8 hours as we were told we have had fans on it the entire time and they are still not completely dry 43 hours later. Living with fans for that long and them still not being dry is not good. I would use them again because I have had a good experience in the past. However this time it has not been as good.

You use your own water so my rug is cleaner than ever before I started using your service. The technician was on time and treated me professionally and courteously. The rooms smell fresher and my carpets look new again, even though they are over 29 years old. I didn’t expect miracles because of the age, but you exceeded my expectations.

Our 1980 upstairs carpet s-h-o-u-l-d have been replaced long ago, however, ZeroreZ rejuvenated it once again :)
Without all the details, had an area rug that had foot traffic on it. No stains, no kids, no pets It didn’t come as clean as we had hoped, based on the pictures of what they do remove on their website.
I rescheduled them to come out. The technician calls me and first words said are “what’s the problem”. He already knew the problem because I already talk to Customer Service and he was already rescheduled to come out.
I proceed to tell him that it’s gonna be difficult for us because we already put the rug back under our king size pedestal bed and he proceeds to tell me how difficult it is to for him as well to have to come back. Based on those three remarks, I canceled my appointment. Never heard another word from them.
I would not recommend them based on the attitude I was given. “Gotta love it guarantee” and “whatever it takes to make it right” that they put on their website should be removed.

We have used Zerorez for many years and never been disappointed with the results.
Our service technician was terrific.
Was skeptical Zerorez could turn a pretty bad looking carpet on the stairs into anything presentable. We had a large family gathering and were reserved to changing the carpet entirely.
But the technician came in, reviewed the stains, and went to work.
What resulted was a carpet that looked almost brand new and hardly showed any signs of being battered and battled..
We were pleasantly amazed and would readily and willingly recommend Zerorez any time, every time.
I understand the mask mandate has been lifted. But it should still be a courtesy to enter someone’s residence with one on, or inquire if it is okay not to. I have a brand new baby. The service was rendered twice due to faulty equipment the first time. It was not an issue for the rep to return. However, the mask situation made me uncomfortable. I should have also been more vocal in regard to it. But I wasn’t. Take this message and relay it to workers in the field please.

My carpets looked new again. Ben was right on time and the carpets were dry in just a couple hours. I will definitely use them again!
We always use Zerorez since there is no soap residue. However, unfortunately our stains keep coming back after a day or so.
