Thorough job, polite technicians
Zerorez always does a good job. However my last job did not turn out as well as I expected. It may have been the poor quality of the rug. It is only 5 months old (from Macy's). a short shag. I could never vacuum it successfully because the vacuum always pulled the rug up into the vacuum and did the same with every vacuum I tried.
Our carpet man was just excellent…marcel. He is very knowledgeable about carpet fibers, stains, etc. We appreciated his expertise and would request him again. Our carpets were very close to being dry the next mornng. We felt with the promo we definitely got our moneys worth. Will use you again. We have white carpets and there was no yellowing from the treatment.
No chemical residue or smell after cleaning. Stays cleaner longer than chemically cleaned. Friendly, efficient technician.

First, I love my technician Ben. Ben is very personable, friendly and loves what he does. Secondly, it’s about the safe and effective chemicals you use on carpet’s. Are carpet is 6 years old now but still looks brand new. Having Ben with Zeroez clean my carpets gives me that feeling that they are truly clean with no residue left behind.

They did a very good job on a very dirty carpet. The service person was very nice.
The machine was on and sprayed the ceiling. He was not going to clean it up until I got him towels and a ladder.
No harsh chemicals and the carpet dried in a matter of hours. Traffic areas cleaned up well.
