The ZR service was to clean our wood floors, but there were still food dibrie remaining after the apparent cleaning. We did not notice till he was gone. You can provide a partial credit against our next service to make it right.

I just wanted to let you know that Marcel did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets!
He was very professional and really took pride in his work. It didn't seem like it was just a job to him. It seems like it is a calling.
He was very thorough in explaining the process and made it easy for a customer to understand.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a couple of pet stains were gone. We just were getting ready to move in, so I expected that stains had been there for years and that they were permanent.
If I have need to get our carpets cleaned again, I will call Zerorez again and ask for Marcel.
I don’t know why there’s still a nasty smell after the cleaning.
It’s been 33 hours?
We are very happy with the service we received. Our carpet has had a rough time, due to an elderly dog. But our carpet is now beautiful and our home smells fresh again!
