This was my first experience with Zerorez! I had Jeremy clean my 8 foot couch, a recliner, and a rocker glider with a foot rest! It took over two hours and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Zerorez . . . Jeremy was professional, pleasant and very receptive to my questions. It would a wonderful experience!!

Ben, the technician who cleaned the carpets was: on time, friendly, professional, and helpful in resolving the stubborn odor problem in one of the carpeted bedrooms. It required a second treatment and cleaning. I was so pleased that the odor is now gone!

The technician didn’t do a good job. When I pointed out areas he missed he said he couldn’t get into tight areas such as behind the toilet.
I had my carpet cleaned yesterday by Romeo here in OC. Romero was the gentleman that did the work. He was so polite and professional. He put down floor coverings, and protection plates around the furniture that the hose may touch. He did a spectacular job! So happy! The carpet looks beautiful.
It is very easy to schedule an appointment online as well as know upfront exactly what you are paying! The Technician called ahead and was on time! Service was quick & efficient! My carpets look great without that horrible chemical smell!
