Calling in is nearly impossible. No follow up when I email a question or concern. Sent an unvaccinated tech with no advance warning. Bottom line customer service needs serious improvement.

Carpet cleaning on a rainy day is not good; over 24 hours with fans placed throughout the house and areas still not dry.
Carpets look beautiful, and love the non toxic method. Service and communication is always superior. Technicians know their stuff and always provide great tips for cleaning and maintenance. Will be sending in two wool area rugs to your remote cleaning facility - thrilled to have a solution for my wool area rugs. Oh, and your bottled spot cleaner is awesome.
It was a very minimal surface cleaning. I wanted deep overall cleaning. No explanation or offer was given. Not what I expected at all.

I've used three different carpet cleaning companies previously. My carpet is now much older. I real\l\y did not think that one set of stairs woul\d come cle\an. It\ is amazing. My carpet l\ooks new. This was my first experience with Zeroez. This was the BEST carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. No Joke! No chemicals, NO harsh, harmful, toxic substances or smells. The service man called ahead and let me know what time he would arrive. He arrived on time. We discussed my needs, he understood them and went to work. He was efficient and stayed in communication with me all along the way. No messes. No water left behind. He was very pleasant to talk to. I will not only use them again and again, but I am going to tell my friends and family about them.

I like your cleaning methods because it leaves nothing behind to attract dirt. I also like the fact that there is no harsh chemical smells because you use "empowered water". I used your service in Arizona and was amazed how clean the carpets were after your service. I will never use anyone else. For me, it's Zerorez or nothing.
