Some of the Stains did not come out and by the end of it the carpet was crusty when you walked through it, it wasn't smooth or soft when you stepped on it.

I have contacted customer service rep twice and am waiting for a return call to set an appointment with a supervisor for an onsite visit. The technician did not properly clean certain spots from the carpet and left a residue with streaks and splotches on the tile floors.

The technician was on time and professional. We had a couple problem areas from our dog that needed to be addressed. He listened and put us at ease that he would treat the carpet for that specifically. Our carpets look like new and the pet smells that we had are gone, smells that a previous company were not able to treat properly!

Our technician was great! He called ahead to let us know he was on our way, was very polite and professional and did a great job. Our tile, grout and carpet practically look brand new! We've used Zerorez for the last 6 years and will continue to because they deliver results!

Overpriced. At $408 for a 1320sqft is way over-priced, especially it is not even that clean after cleaning. If its turned out very cleaned, then we would be happy. It turned so so for a premium price tag. We are disappointed.

There are several spots where the dogs had urinated. These areas show up with a black light. I assumed your cleaning would eliminate these areas. After your technician left a looked at the areas with the black light and they are all still there. Therefore I can only assume that your process does not go deep enough into the carpet or is not effective in doing so.

There was no oder, carpet looked freshened up

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets the last three times and am amazed each time at how long the carpet looks as good as new.
