NO Chemial residue......worker is efficient and pleasant......35 yr old carpet cleaned as good as can be hoped for.

Everything & I Do Mean Everything Was Excellent!!
Our technician, Jacob, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and explained what we could expect afterward in areas with pet stains. He wanted to be sure we were pleased with his work before he left.
Jeremy Adams did a great job! I had originally scheduled for carpet cleaning, but ended up cleaning the travertine floor also. He worked very hard to clean out the dirt from travertine tiles that had bothered me for a long time.
Will definitely come back to Zerorez for future cleaning and will request Jeremy.

Every thing was great the carpets look fantastic, didn't take as long as we expected. Jacob was ontime polite, and experienced. Only problem is it took a long time to dry. Aside from that we will use Zeroez again.

We would never use any other company. It never smells like an artificial cleaning, it is just clean, like new. The service is beyond excellent!
Calling in is nearly impossible. No follow up when I email a question or concern. Sent an unvaccinated tech with no advance warning. Bottom line customer service needs serious improvement.
