GOOD SERVICE
I appreciated that the service rep texted me and was able to book an appointment in this same manner. The technician was friendly and worked quickly! The carpets looked good and I am very pleased that the stains haven't come back yet as I assume they might eventually!

I just wanted to let you know that Marcel did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets!
He was very professional and really took pride in his work. It didn't seem like it was just a job to him. It seems like it is a calling.
He was very thorough in explaining the process and made it easy for a customer to understand.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a couple of pet stains were gone. We just were getting ready to move in, so I expected that stains had been there for years and that they were permanent.
If I have need to get our carpets cleaned again, I will call Zerorez again and ask for Marcel.
I don’t know why there’s still a nasty smell after the cleaning.
It’s been 33 hours?
We are very happy with the service we received. Our carpet has had a rough time, due to an elderly dog. But our carpet is now beautiful and our home smells fresh again!
