The technician that came out and the time and effort that was put in to get the job done.
The most recent carpet cleaning was the third time we used Zerorez. The fact that the carpet was cleaned properly and no residue was left is important to us.

The service representative, Ben, was very nice and gave a thorough explanation and did a demonstration on a small area of the tile to show what the expected outcome would look like.
The tile and mainly the grout lines came out almost looking new again. The floor did not take long to dry, was not sticky and the solution dis not bother my 3 dogs at all. Thank you for delivering what you advertise and sending a quality gentleman dedicated to a high level of customer service.

Technician was great, friendly, explained things to me.
There was a lot of residue left on the carpet and tile floor. I had to rinse the tile floor multiple times. I am very concerned about resoiling due to the amount of product left behind on carpets and tile. There are several spots missed on the tile. For the amount I paid I was dissatisfied. Also my walls were dented and scraped.
Would like my money back if that is an option.
They were on time, & did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpeting & the tile. The price was reasonable for the amount of time they spent & the size of the rooms. I was very satisfied with Zerorez!
Everything is clean. But more importantly he came early to do the job.

Each and every time Sal comes in, he is always very professional and polite. He is a very dedicated and hard-working young man.

I have not been able to clean my carpet since before covid and was concerned it would be too dirty to really come clean again. Due to Sal’s diligence yesterday, my white carpet looks beautiful again, especially the stairs and family room! You are so lucky to have Sal!
The carpet looked overall cleaner but the three areas that needed special attention didn't look any different. Sal told me it was because the carpet was made from recycled material and that was the problem. I used some spotter fluid and decreased the difference in the areas from the rest of the carpet so I'm not sure that answer was correct. Sal was friendly and professional and I had no problem with him, just that I was concerned about the areas that didn't get solved. Also, your prices were higher than the previous company that I had used a number of times but who are no longer in business.
