I have a puppy who has been learning how to be potty trained. Those spots are now all gone! The carpet looks new, although it is 14 years old!

Sal was very professional looking, and very professional all around. We just had a bad experience with Coit and will never use them again. Coit came to the door very unprofessional looking. They did not have any booties for themselves or my husband and I. Some of our carpet was brand new and Coit walked all over it with dirty shoes. We just wanted it sealed.
Then, Coit did not have bumpers for the corners and wrecked several of our walls and a dining-room chair they let their blue tube scrape blue onto our chair. They also got stuff all over our marble. The carpet actually looked dirtier that before Coit came.
We had an important home appraisal that we have to reaschedule
When Sal from Zerorez came, he had bumpers, he covered the marble with blankets and he had booties for himself and us! Sal we very knowledgeable, polite and professional. When Sal from Zerorez left, the carpet looked much cleaner than it did from getting cleaned by Coit a couple days prior. No chairs were wrecked, no marks on the walls and corners, and we didn't have to clean the marble over again. I am sticking with Zerorez!!!!!!!!
what was done is something I DO almost every day myself. I WANTED MY KITCHEN, LAUNDRY ROOM AND AN ADJACENT TOILET FLOOR SCRUBBED AND POLISHED that was the MAIN thing and was told that he didnt do that. I also wanted some kind of protection on my wood floors NOT POSSIBLE EITHER!!!! I PAID almost 500 dollars for almost NOTHING AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU EVER. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My family was well pleased with Zerorez, particularly with a 2.5 year old toddler and a 9 month old infant in the home. We feel safe knowing they can crawl and walk on the carpets without being concerned about toxic chemicals.

The one procedure to extract urine from the padding under the carpet was remarkable. Finally, rid of the odor. The service was able to get stains out we could not get out with store bought carpet cleaner.
The best part for me was watching Austin work. He reminded me of my father. His work ethic was impressive. His reward was intrinsic. He wanted to do the best job possible. I am very satisfied with all that he accomplished.

Within 24 hours, the stains were back on my bedroom rug. These were not wine or anything that difficult to get out, basically just foot traffic . Eddie was very nice, but told me that you don't come back if stains return within a short amount of time. Very disappointing and would have a difficult time recommending Zeroez to anyone. My rug looks like it did before Eddie arrived.

Actually, I am quite disappointed in the cost. The technician was here less than one hour (about 55 minutes). Two smaller sized bedrooms were cleaned and two area rugs. The cost was $440. We spoke to another vendor who was working in our neighborhood a couple of days later and asked him what he would charge for the same. It was approximately half that amount. Yes, it is a local company, but that is a big difference. Also, the dining room rug does not look any cleaner. The edges are still dirty.
Cleans & deodorizes well with no yucky residue.
