I have been using Zerorez for many years now and I’ve never been disappointed with the service I have received. I am so grateful that they use no detergents on my carpets. The technicians are really nice and friendly. Zerorez is the only company that I will use.

Brent does a fabulous job. He us thorough, quick, and cleans older carpet without leaving marks where the carpet has wicked up ground-in dirt.

The results were significantly less than I expected and have received from other companies with the carpet in similar condition. The carpet looks no better after the payment of $183. I would like a refund so that I can get a company that uses more effective products and process for the type of cleaning I need. While I appreciate your company's commitment to environmental sensitive, but if your technicians know that your alternative methodology and the lack of using "chemically-based" solutions cannot provide the level of cleaning needed it should have been made clear before starting the service.

Carpets were cleaned really well

This is the second time that I have had Zerorez clean my tile floors. I am very pleased with their work. My 30 year old tile floors look like new.

The ad I used was in the weekly money mailer booklet by mail. Austin was prompt and knowledgeable about how to maintain my carpet to last many more years.

Sal did a wonderful job. Checked in with me every step of the way to apply carpet protection; I will always call Zero Rez to clean my 2 kitty cat's home!!

I like the fact that Zerorez technician was able to get stains out of my carpet that were many years old, and do that using less chemical than my prior carpet cleaner!

Sergio was very friendly and polite. He explained the carpet cleaning process and was honest about the outcome of some of our spots. He worked very hard and made our tile and carpet look great. My only concern is Sergio had not been vaccinated against Covid. I had second thoughts being that he was in our entire home. I would have preferred someone vaccinated.

Your product dries really fast on carpets. We have wool carpets in several rooms and they were clean and dry the following day. Your service was a 10 plus Jorge called and said I will be there at 8:00 Jorge was here at 8:00. Jorge is a professional from greeting to saying what is going to do and gets it done with a smile on his face because he knows he is doing what he said and is proud of his work. We are so very pleased of the hard work and concern he had in taking care of our home.

Efficiency of technician.

Our Technician was on time and very polite. The cleaning looks good. He took the time to ask if we saw any residual stains as he was cleaning. Also, addressed a couple of small spots in a different room. At this point, no spots have returned.
