On time appountments and professional results. Courteuos technicians and excellent results.
The scheduling was quickly done and an estimate was provided. Austin called 1/2 hour before arriving and confirmed he was on his way. He was courteous, hard working, efficient and most helpful and did a great jog. We are happy with the service.
No residue, harsh chemical or fragrances was a big reason I chose Zerorez. Hypochlorous acid doesn't hide or mask odors it actually gets rid of them! Our technician was polite, friendly, and respectful of my home. He wore shoe coverings and put protective mats on the ground. Couches were cleaned well. Although a mark was left behind on my ottoman, they sent the technician out again to redo the ottoman and it was cleaned very well and got rid of the mark. Great customer service, great results!

I had 3 bedrooms,family room , living room, dinning room, stairs and hallway I moved almost everything out of the way the technician was on time very polite but he was only at my house for 60 minutes from walking in the door and leaving after he left I noticed he didn’t move my dinning room chairs and upstairs he just went around things I considered it a heavy
Traffic cleaning next to primary bedroom I have to very light weight stands he just cleaned around
Even waste baskets he just went around I lifted them up and it was dry . Very disappointed for the money

Only 50% of our stains came out in our front room. And the person never gave us a 30 minute notice as stated in the email, my husband had to rush back from the market when he got a call that they’re already at our apartment.
