Frio was the representative that came to clean my sofa and he was very professional, friendly, did a great job in cleaning my sofa and even spent a little time talking to my one year old granddaughter. I would recommend both Frio and Zerorez very highly.
I liked everything about the process, person, and product, but did not like that it took 24-36 hrs to dry!
