Environmentally friends and works!
The carpet cleaning was very thorough and your servicemen were very courteous. This was the 4th time I have used Zerorez. I am still waiting for a receipt . My carpets were cleaned two weeks ago.

I highly recommend this carpet care company. Stains that were there from the previous previous carpet cleaners were were removed and have not come back.. I spilt a whole cup of coffee with milk into the carpet the week before getting cleaned . They were able to get that out too. Julio was the one who did the work the work and was was very neat and friendly and hard working. Phone staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I have never been disappointed in an service I have received from Zerorez. They have done carpets, tile, and two chairs for me that came out beautifully. The nice thing is that when you walk on your carpets after they clean them, they don’t crunch with all the residue the other cleaners leave behind.
The person you sent us was a very hard worker and did a great job. He put in tons of energy and did not miss a single spot. I would recommend him to anyone that wants anything cleaned. We would definitely use him anytime .

The guy that came out was extremely nice. However, the cost and additional charges that were added once he got there were frustrating. I have multiple scrapes on my walls from his equipment, which was not addressed to me. Multiple spots on the carpet were not there. This was over $500, and it felt like we did not get anywhere near that value.
Even worse, a week later, I was not happy with the work, and I went to Home Depot and rented a big Rug Doctor matching for $25 for four hours, and honestly, the carpet looked better after I spent 90 minutes doing it myself. I do feel that we got screwed a little bit here, and I had to go buy paint to clean up the walls. It would not have been hard to mention it and address it when he was there.
Recommended by my realtors ... that was a good start. Scheduling was handled professionally by Carla and an appointment was available next-day. Technician Trevor was pleasant and demonstrated a personal interest in doing an excellent job. I will use Zerorez again!

Your 3 room special is very deceptive. One of the areas which was an open galley/bridge was considered a room but only part of it. It is a L shape, so the guy said the narrow walk way was another room. He obviously wanted the extra $50 to add on. Meanwhile the other 2 rooms were filled with furniture so the cleaning surfaces only amounted to 30 sf tops. When I mentioned how small the cleaning area was and therefore the entire galley should be cleaned, he refused insisting it would be a extra charge.
You people are nothing but a rip off.
