I’ve been a customer for 12 years and will never use anyone else. The products, costumer service and professionalism is second to none. They are also ways on time, call before arrive and are flexible with customers request.
It’s in the name…Zero Residue! Carpets stay clean for much longer when they are not full of soap that has a tacky residue.
Too EXPENSIVE!! It didn’t take out the stains as well as expected especially for the money paid. Plastic protectors were not given nor put on my furniture legs like expected. It took too long to dry. I remember in the past it didn’t take that long. Booties should have been used on the technician shoes while he was on my very light carpet cleaning. Too much water was used probably especially on the stairs that I can see water rings/patches.
Zerorez did a great job!
Sal did a great job. He asked often if I was happy with service and re-did a couple of areas that I pointed out. My carpets look better than they have in years.
Wonderful skilled technicians who were fast, clean, courteous, friendly and eager to please…our carpets look beautiful and the process was easy and quick…
Price for closets
I normally do not recommend. I was pleased with the person who did the cleaning.
He was courteous and careful of our home and did as best he could on older carpets.
Very efficient, from making appointment through completion of service. I would definitely use them again.
The technician was very responsive and called me when he was on his way. He asked about any carpet issues (pet urine, food spillage) and moving some furniture items. I was pleased with the service and will use Zerorez again.
