Great cleaning and no soap residue to collect more dirt.
I've had my carpet cleaned a few times over the years and this is the cleanest they have ever looked. The man cleaning the carpets (I didn't get his name) was very professional and thorough. He had me put on booties and check everything out, making sure I was satisfied with the carpet before he left.
It has been very hot (near 100) and it took 3 days for my carpets to dry. I laid beach towels on all the walkways to soak it up. I called the office and they were going to send someone to look at it over 24 hours later but it wasn't a convenient time and we would have had to open up the house again and let all that heat in. We left for the weekend and when we came back our house smelt moldy. Now the carpets seem to be attracting dirt and footprints because I think the processes were left in it.
It’s quick and easy. No damage to the carpets at all. Very pleasant staff who explains everything they can do and are doing. They let you know their time of arrival too.
