Matt did a fantastic job at explaining everything and why Zerorez was different. He then quoted on-site for an area rug and offered the the sealant since it was in a high traffic area. He was right on time and very friendly and helpful. I will let my friends know if they are looking for service and will definitely use again. Great experience.

Stains that a traditional cleaning company could not remove disappeared with the Zerorez. The technician was right on time and was careful to protect walls and wood floors from the hoses and equipment. The carpet looks great!
On time and great communication
I had two area rugs, two couches and a tile floor cleaned. The operator took great care not to bang up the surrounding walls and or floors around my couches. THe tile floor and grout area were very stained and it looks almost brand new. I would highly recommend and will be using zero red in the future.

the person came on time, the product is excellent and removed the blood. when I needed a return, the individual returned promptly and completely removed the blood.
I sincerely believe the reason my 20+ year old carpet still looks good is due to only having been cleaned by zerorez. Not only are the techs pros, but they honestly seem to care and often go the extra mile to ensure I'm happy. I've recommended this company over and over again and always with the same response - those who've trusted zerorez have been as happy as I have been!
