Fast and efficient switch no chemical smell afterwards
Very fast and easy; love the "non toxic" feature as we have animals.
I also love the drying time is pretty next to nothing.
Most of our home is porcelain tile so this method is perfect.
The service staff are very knowledgable and personable.

We were very happy with the couch cleaning. The only issue we had was with the tile cleaning in the bathroom. Although the tech tried there was not much difference. I get a better cleaning when I use soft scrub cleaner

Sofa and chair “stains” were not removed. Edge of rug was also left dirty. Your rep said they were tuff stains and zerorez didn’t guarantee removal. I cleaned them with oxy clean after your rep left and they came off very easy. A refund would be appreciated.

The grout on the tile is like new. It's so much easier that working with various cleaning products trying to keep the grout clean
